 I joined the server on 22/10/2021 and took a ROA the 27/01/2022 because of my Newborn Daughter
Took an ROA for tne entire August 2022 BEcause my restaurant was in dire need of me being present

 Staff are involved in everyday running of the server. we take claims and help out members who are in need of support. we watch for cheater, exploiters and rule breakers and help out members who need for example: HP set for trials, sims etc or modeling to other characters to help with RP

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

 I first claim the case then proceed to spectate the individual then bring both of them to a secluded area and hear both stories then check logs to support either cases then telling them they can't just randomly kill other Imperial Troopers giving them the appropriate punishment Warn for RDM , 5d ban for MRDM

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

Cadets aren't a thing anymore so would tell them they do not need to be cadet trained but i would inform them to change their name to ST Recruit [Name]

 

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

As it is not RDM I would not intervene and leave it for SHT/Fleet to deal with the situation 

 

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

This is a IC case I would just gently inform them to remember to salute 2nd LT and above 

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

I would Grab them in to a Sit and inform them what they did was FailRP and would inform them to not do this in the future and giving them a warn using !warn.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would proceed to explain to the player that I'm just following guidelines set by SMT (Server management Team and then direct them to the forums to make a request for unban/warn if they believe their punishment is not just

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

 I believe I deserve this position of staff due to my previous experience with staff on other server and due to my dedication to the server which I have stated above. I have spent over 2 month on the server being on mostly everyday doing Trials and trainings for Sith earning me the rank of Sub Path Leader and also climbed trough the ranks of Shock earning me first Temp EXO then Temp Vice Commander and then Permanent Vice Commander. I have managed to balance both Sith and Shock very healthy give them both the attention they require. in my time as both Shock and Sith I always tried to excel my self and preform the best I can whilst still creating a good and healthy team environment. 

In addition to my experience on IRP I climbed the trough the rank on Jedi and managed to achieve the rank of Archivist on CWRP Helping out training the younger Jedi's to preform at their best, I Have a high level of maturity as I am 28 and have 3 kids Age 8, 2 and 3 days old and can make well-informed decisions as a case always will 2 sides and stories, I always try to teach my kids that. Within the serer I try to uphold my self to a good standard and make sure everyone is having a good time and enjoy them self to the best of their ability.

If accepted I plan on continuing all my Hard work and dedication that I have put in so far in to Sith and shock to provide a good, healthy and refreshing experience for new/old players
