Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

First of all I check the logs to confirm if this is a true. If It's confirmed that player is doing rampage I took him to the isolated place to prevent more damage and I punish him according to the damage what he done (RDM or MRDM)

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would ask on /occ if someone can train said cadet. If there will be no volunteers the NCO+ will be picked randomly to train him, but If there's noone that can perform said training, then I will do it.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

Not every case of weapon discharge will be classified as ARDM or other stuff. Someone could be alt-tabbed and just pulled a trigger by accident. In that case I would just let it slip

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

Again, it depends on the context. If I would play as SOD, I would ignore it because of me not being IC (Unless I don't know something). In case of playing IC character with that rank...I still would ignore it, salutes are only important during briefing and debrief

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules

That person would be kindly reminded that  "if something is not forbidden it is not allowed". We have to keep in mind that any kind of FailRP breaks the immersion of the roleplay can be broken by that and It should be punished

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would kindly reply that he can appeal for the punishment at the forum and then he will be dismissed from the admin sit 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

CWRP is a place not only to perform rps and flashy battles, but also place where people want to chill and spend quality time together while blasting brains out off the enemies. This can be easily be broken by group of people acting against these ideas by trolling, minging and other rule breaking behavior. Having me as the staff member will not only bring ambitious individual that is willingly to sacrifice his time to keep this game as it is, but also staying in touch with the community. The staff team will be more than happy to have additional pair of hands to deal with problems that can be caused by rule breakers. Discipline and dedication are the assets I can bring to the table to prove the point of me, being an efficient moderator. You wouldn't believe how many situations can pass under our radars just because of admins not being on. This won't be problem aswell as my time is easily flexible, allowing to cover early mornings or late nights (If irl stuff won't stop me tho). Overall picking me will give you powerful unit with social abilities to deal with the disputes, high dedication to serve and help the community and also funny person who will keep staff team. We have to keep in mind that players not always will cooperate with staff members and even cause bigger havoc to dodge the consequences. There discipline of mine comes to the play, that will bring such individual down to bring him down to the earth.
