Denied 3 day ban appeal

I was banned for "Gross misconduct, arrested multiple times, goldenrule and tresspass and not worth out time". I havnt said a single swear word on the server or called anyone comments. I was arrested 1 time that day and was a good boy on the server and took part in many events. The golden rule is true, i was punished for it and served my time for it. 
They banned me beacause is sneaking into the brig/jailcells to free my fellow CT friend. They cuffed me, but didnt jail me. They just banned me. Im a loyal player to the star wars server.
