What is the reason for your warn: ARDM

Name of the staff member who warn you: Jezis

Why do I believe that I should be unwarn: So what actually happened is that one side said I shot him for no reason, and I said it was CrossFire, the admin relied on the logs, without a record or photographic proof, because it's word for word.
Afterwards, when I talked to him in admin site, he argued and did not agree to remove the warning, even though I explained to him several times that it was word for word and he must have photographic proof because there is no way he can know if it was crossfire or not.

Evidence: I not have evidance but he not have anything, just logs.

Was this today (22-11) where you shot a jedi?
If so, i did check logs at that point.  You did shoot him, but i only saw one log. (Well another Jedi also got shot by you seconds before.)
So it might have been a misfire. But because i was not the one taking the claim, i did not check it out any further after you got warned. 

But i am not sure if this was you. What was a red flag for me was you (if this was about you offcourse) being really vocal about you not shooting him. Eventhough logs said otherwise. 

I do take it that the staff member made sure what happend before warning you.

I would like to hear the staff member side.

Actually he didn't check before that, he just said he saw the logs and he didn't need any other proof, I told him it was word for word and yet he gave me a warning without any proof other than the logs showing nothing, the situation was CrossFire and as soon as I saw that he passed on purpose I stopped.
He really didn't care that there was no definite proof that could be seen whether it was ARDM or not, and he literally yelled at me to go to the forum with I have a problem and return me back

Claim from Boite pops up, I take it and I check logs.
Since the combat logs were not erased at that point, I could check when you shot him and where from.
From what I could see, it was after all combats against ECs, also from a spot where you should not be able to see an EC. Since you shot from jedi LAAT into middle of JT. Considering you claim crossifre, this does not make sense since the ECs were before in the library.
Then I warned you and found a place to TP you to so I could talk with you about it.

All I could hear from you is that logs dont prove anything, that it was a crossfire, that I need video proof for everything and that you were staff here.

I did not yell at you, but obviously you can prove I did with a video proof and I will definitely apologise to you.


The only thing I could pull from logs after map switch is below, unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the logs before map switch.

This still does not prove that it is not an error in identification / crossfire.
It is impossible to prove Crossfire / misidentification, which by the way died in the game because they made AOS without a video showing what happened, especially word for word because there are 2 sides and no one has proof, so you can't warn anyone.

Seeing as I trust my staff member and from what he said that you wouldnt have been able to shot any EC from where you where. I will believe him due to the fact logs show where from you shot someone and where was the person you shot at the time. I find it hard for Jezis to see these logs wrong.
