I do have a working microphone and I communicate in both ways but I prefer typing.

I joined the 20/11/21 and I have taken 5 LOA for more or less a week each, mostly because of school stuff.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:

I'm always active in the Teamspeak and Discord and I check the forums daily.

State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) State the role of staff on the server:

The staff role is to manage and deal with OOC issues so the players can have a good experience while playing the server, check if everyone is following the server rules and make sure the game is running at the greatest performance.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?

Yes I'm familiar with them.

List of all previous server staff experience:

I have no previous staff experience in any Gmod servers (I do have in other games), but I know how to use most of the commands and properties of ULX, AWarn3 and GmodAdminSuite systems.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

Yes I understand.

 

 


 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

In this type of problems I will follow a simple structure based on 3 possible solutions:

  • The first solution will be searching the logs to check if the player that the claimer is reproaching is truly killing other clones. In the case I saw a log in which he was dealing damage to another player I will bring him into a sit and question his behaviour, then I will warn him. In the case I didn't find any logs respecting to him, I will try the next solution.
  • The second solution will be asking the claimer for any image evidence, that could be a credible clip or screenshot. In the case he had image evidence and it was true, then I will bring the player into a sit and question him, then warn him. In the case he didn't have any evidence, then I will go with the last solution.
  • The third and last solution will be cloaking and then TP to the accused player to see if he is shooting other players. In the case I really saw him shooting and killing other players without any reason I will bring him as fast as possible into a sit and again question him and then warn him. In the case I didn't saw him shooting other players and none of the other solutions worked, then I will tell the claimer to try and get image evidence and then making a claim again if the player keeps killing clones.

All this solutions can be done really quick and in an effective way. Also, this structure really guarantees the solution of the problem as most of the time only with the first solution this type of problems can be solved.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

Firstly in this situations, I will start asking Battalion/High Command to call an NCO+ to train cadets. If no response was given by an NCO after asking Battalion or HC I will ask if any NCO+ would want to train cadets through OOC chat. As before, if no response was given by an NCO+ after calling for one I will start to TP NCOs from the lowest rank on to the highest one by one, searching for someone who was available to train him. If any NCO responded to mine, battalion or HC calls  or if I found any NCO+ available then I will let him train the cadet.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I will not intervene in this type of situations as it was an accident, instead I will leave CG to deal with the problem and give him a verbal warning.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

I will not take this situations to OOC because they are IC situations. I wouldn't even care about it to much IC as it is not a really big requirement to salute someone out of tryouts, mandatory trainings, etc. 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

In this situations I will tell him that even if the FailRP instance does not appear in the server rules list, with just a bit of common sense, knowledge of general RP rules which any other RP servers have and just reading through the rules he could know what FailRP is and what actions can be FailRP or not. Then, I will tell him that the action he did was still FailRP and will give him a warning if he had previous verbal warnings to stop.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

In this cases I will firstly try and calm the player, then I will tell him very clearly and professionally that the staff word is final and that I couldn't change the punishment, so if he though that the punishment that he was given was unfair he could go to the forums and complain in there in why it was unfair giving valid reasons for it.


 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I think I should have the staff position because of my dedication, professionalism and my quick and effective ways of resolution of problems, along with the main required and expected qualities  that are good activity and performance.

As many other players have seen, I'm a great guy with lots of cool ideas and really dedicated in terms of achieving goals such as IC ranks and in this case my dedication of reaching staff. All this dedication I have has even motivated other players from this community in trying new things they never tried as well as it has motivated me to reach the current IC ranks I have. Apart from that, my professionalism in both IC and OOC situations is really good and with no issues regarding to the solution of the situation. Now, regarding to other qualities I have, I'm sure that are great and perfect to succeed in really hard situations. All of this qualities can be added to my joyful and funny character which thanks to it I have helped lots of people already in the community with some of their problems.

If I ever get the staff position, I will use all of these qualities at their best performance to solve any problems that arise to casual players in order to make their instance in the server one of their best experiences ever and maintain the server performance at its greatest. Apart from all of this, I will help in any issues that other people from the Staff team has and will help in anything that requires my support.
