Why: I resign, because i personally dont like having a schedual to play a video game. 4 ) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member: Wish i did more claims but the execlent staff team we currently have are active so i was not needed. 5 ) How have you improved since you left the staff team: I havent really improved being i only have been gone for a few days. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: look into Blogs and see if the person who is killing other clones is actually doing so and stop them and explain what they are doing is wrong and warn them accordingly for it. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i will start by asking is any NCO+ is available and if no one response I start going through the list of current players from NCO to highest rank on and get someone to train the cadet 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it was truly an accident then I explain how to properly put your gun on safety and make sure they dont do it again. Only a verbal warning about how shooting someone is breaking golden role. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Explain how your suppose to salute me and others who are of the rank. No warning is needed only need to correct them and make sure they follow that. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Regardless of it not being in the role book ill explain how it is FailRP and not everything can be listed. I check over their warns and see if they have done that before and if they have ill punish them for it. If not then ill give them a verbal over it and make sure the said person doesn't do it again. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Ignore them/ Mute then if they are disrespecting staff. People will get angry over being punished its only human reaction to disagree over something but i dont take is personally Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Being 28 I would like to think im more mature than most players and can handle pressure when someone is upset with another player/myself. My current in game rank already gives me alot of responsibly with other player and i try to uphold medical rules/server rules with them as it is. I try to make sure all players are having fun during events and during defcon 5. Truly one of the main reason I play this game is I enjoy helping others and my in game rank allows me to do that easily. My IRL job has me in charge of a lot of people so I understand how to work with people and know where I need to draw the line with others. I like to think im pretty good at multi tasking when I need to, being a former EP has really shown me how to do that with this server. I would like to think I dont have any enemies here on this server as I try and be helpful and kind to everyone. If I were to be selected to be staff I wouldnt change any of that. I still plan on being around for many months to come if not years as this server has definitely put a great impact my life. I knew from the start of me joining the server i wanted to be a staff member. I hope to one day be a senior staff member if selected and Keep pushing this server to greatness. If not chosen this time around I will gladly wait for the next opportunity to be apart of this great staff team.
