When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server in 2021 and came back 22/04/2023 I've not taken any breaks since coming back

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on Werewolf RP is to help players that request for help, you also deal with rule breaking that has occurred you must be neutral when dealing with these situations. 

 

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes I've read the server rules and I'm very familiar with them. 

 

List of all previous server staff experience: Never been staff I was EP on a server once but that's about it.

 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I understand

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would get the accuser to explain the situation I'd then check the logs !blogs and if the accused has been killing people I'd bring him to me, If he told me the truth I'd warn him for RDM but If he then went back and killed more people I'd ban him for 3 days for RDM, If he Lied and said he didn't do it he'd be banned for 4 days for lying to staff and RDM.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Announce in OOC for any NCO to head to Cadet Area to train a Cadet or else I would bring an NCO. If the NCO doesn't have a valid reason to not train the cadet, he will be forced to train him otherwise I would return him and bring  another NCO. 

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: That is the CG's job as its an IC issue not OOC. Staff will deal with the OOC situations and leave the IC ones to the players.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: That's a IC issue again I'd ignore it OOC but IC I'd deal with it 

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I would talk to him and tell him that in the forums it says the rules in 1.5.1 that not ALL specific circumstances can be mentioned In the rules and you have to use a little bit of common sense to know what FailRP is and what it isn't. So in that situation, the player will be warned for FailRP.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell him nicely to accept the error the player did and move on. If he still keeps arguing and having an issue with said punishment I would simply tell him to explain his incident on the forums so his warn if false can get removed then send him on his way.
 


Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I came back to the server around 4 months ago since then I've not taken a single break I've been as active since the first day I joined I want to do everything I can to help the server blossom, I believe the best way to do that is becoming staff I'm fully dedicated to the server and have no plans to stop. I am a reasonable yet fair character with very little bias towards anyone. Most of my free time is on the server or being in the TS with the rest of the great community, I really love helping people at mainly in Jedi since that's what I main I'm always free if anyone's got any questions or needs a helping hand with a training. I am always eager to learn so this would be a great experience for that with all the experienced mods that I can ask for help, I'd really enjoy being part of the team. I am fairly familiar with commands like giving stuff, setting HP, Noclip, Cloaking, Setting shields but not 100% on every command so I feel that this would be a great opportunity to find out more. Overall I just really wanna make the server enjoyable for everyone who plays it new and old players, If given a chance I'll try my hardest to insure I do so. It's possible do something wrong in the first couple of  days if accepted and I'm completely open to criticism and correction I encourage correction when necessary.
