Guideline Message

After much discussion between Senior Staff we have decided to re-implement the Event Team. The Event Team will be far more rigid and strict with it's application and numbers (As in the past attempts at a full event team were rather easy to get in and weren't particularly well ran).

The Application Process will consist of 3 Stages: Stage 1: Application Phase Stage 2: Interview Stage 3: Trial Phase

Due to the nature of the Event Team we are looking for competent and well trusted members to apply, in the application you must lay out a clear and structured event plan which you will execute during your trial phase if you are accepted. Current Staff Members may apply for Event Staff if they wish, and Event Staff will be expected to carry out regular staff duties (Though with lower priorty than regular staff members). If your event is succesfull you will move onto to being a fully fledged Event Planner.

The Event Plan can be anything you want and we do not expect it to be either fully Passive or Combat RP oriented, the best events should have a mix of the two. However it should be very well detailed and have a clear structure. We will take community feedback on the app heavily into consideration. We want a "Big" event for the app to show you're capable of planning a large event. Once you become an Event Planner we do not expect every event to be huge and you may hold smaller events (We don't want large events every day, a max of one or two big events a week is our aim.)
