Describe the roles and responsibilities of the Battalion (100 words minimum): The battalion are natural leaders who look after the republic army to secure victory, Battalion with their leadership skills, they are the golden standard to the rest of the clones and make sure everything runs as smooth as possible, Battalion make sure that standards are kept on base, keep regiments moving but also help instil the core beliefs of what its like to represent the republic, Battalion is there to invest protocols and meet our objectives with precise perfection. One core instalment of Battalion is to make sure our code of conducts are followed and that no clone is left behind to participate within our army and ranks


Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): During my time on CWRP I have been one of the core members within 212th to help move the regiment along but also have supported batallion in helping the army move forward, for example staying up late to help Herold do cadet trainings, regularly entering cadet area to help NCO's improve their training so Cadets moving into CT's can move forward with the code of conduct we are given when joining. I am a caring person and look out for everyone to help them improve in every sense, I made SO twice within 4 months and I think of myself as a leader on the battlefield but also someone who can keep people engaged throughout their time in the army.

While I don't have the playtime I have of others, I think people like to see me as that leader role and I always sacrifice my time to help others as mentioned, this is also a core part of my personality.

My experience in IRL as a manager also helps me manage people but also to instil code of conduct, while I am fair I am also strict and have no fear in telling people what should be done, CWRP has been a great place for me to develop those skills but also to engage with a community again and I'd like to give back and help those on the server as a leader as my further progression in CWRP

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): While on the battlefield battalions role when not leading is to make sure all regiments are working as hard as possible to meet their objectives including their own regiment, Even when out of combat its to make sure battalion are working together to create a smooth experience, for example giving grants and denies but also making sure all code of conduct is followed at all points
