 I took a short break for like 2 months

 all the time i am very active on them too

State the role of staff on the server:

A staff member is someone who helps when a player needs a hand and is always making sure that no rules are being broken. They shouldn’t abuse their power and if a rule is broken then they should hand out the appropriate punishment.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I would listen to the player that made the report on the other clone, I would then check logs. After this i will confirm that the person has broken the rules, If he has broken any rules i would punish him accordingly to what he has done, if he killed more than three clones i would ban him for Mass RDM resulting in a 5 day ban.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would go to him and tell him i am bringing a trainer, then i would ask a high ranking clone (highest on or batt) to go and send someone to train him, if no one comes i will then start bringing NCO's

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 Not a Staff incident so i would not interfere, and even if it was not a accident CG would be able to deal with it.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 Not really a staff matter, so i would remind him in character that he needs to salute to 2nd LT+

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

Doesnt really matter if its not stated in the rules if its Fail RP its Fail RP so i would punish accordingly

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would start of by telling him that he can go onto the forums and apply for a unban/unwarn request after that if he still doesnt listen he will be punished for not listening to a staff member.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

The reason I think i deserve staff over the other applicants is due to me being very active and being a helping friendly person, I believe I can bring both past experience with ulx on the server with my time in being an event planner and former experience on other servers with staff will come in useful to help me quickly adapt to staff situations. Im very active on discord and teamspeak so if anyone needed me i would be able to respond as fast as possible, Im very dedicated to this server and i really want to make this a better place for people, staff ensure that there time on the server is void of minging and i think that i could help stop those people and make the server a more smooth experience. 

Staff fits perfectly with my schedule when im not busy and am busy so i am ready to put alot of effort and show dedication to the role if i am picked. I have made sure to go over each and every rule and fully understand each and every one of them, I know what i am capable of and i would like to use the knowledge i have gained on this server to help others when in need of help. I know I would never abuse my powers as a staff member because that is not who I am as a person. I am a calm, collected and patient person who i think could definitely be a good addition to the staff team, Thank you for reading my application.
