 i have read them but i am not familiar with all of them just the most common. for example Fail RP and RDM

 yes 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 Tp them to you verbal warning, then if they continue warning or a ban

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 TP to them and inform them that they need to /advert trainer.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 hear them out, and give them a verbal warning and tell them to not do that again or you will get a warn. 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 remind them that they need to salute you. then if they continue to forget give them 3 warnings then a Warn.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

You warn or ban them accordingly, then refer them to the forums.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

You give them the punishment and if they disagree refer them to the forums.

Was very mingey back then (even got banned for a week)
Low playtime (barely enough) and general server experience

He did change for the better recently, but I would personally not trust him with ULX powers yet

Negatives:

- Been caught breaking rules in the past and getting demoted in game etc for thing

 

Has improved recently as Ravolta instead so perhaps something for the future. Good luck!
