Have you taken any breaks since: I do not remember the exact date, I only know it was sometime in 2023 at the start of summer, and yes I have taken a 3 months brake to get used to university. They assist individuals in resolving issues, such as getting unstuck or addressing mass RDMing, to maintain a positive environment for all community members. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes I have. List of all previous server staff experience: None. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would initially review the logs of the reported individual to verify the accuracy of the situation. If confirmed, I would intervene, explaining the circumstances to them, and issue a warning or potentially a ban if necessary. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Initially, I would inquire if any NCO+ personnel require a cadet for a log, and if so. I would teleport them to the cadet. In the absence of volunteers, I would randomly select an NCO to conduct the cadet training. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it genuinely occurred accidentally, simply providing guidance on properly engaging the safety of the weapon. Additionally, I would emphasize to the individual that they broke the Golden Rule and need to be cautious in the future. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This scenario isn't particularly significant for the Admins as it falls within the IC events. My approach would be to advise the individual to salute any personnel ranked 2nd LT or higher. Failure to do so could result in a brig sentence imposed by the CG. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Some actions require common sense, not explicitly outlined in the rules. For instance, jumping from the ATC tower without a grappling hook or attempting to hijack a ship without piloting knowledge isn't considered roleplay and may warrant a warning. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: If the individual fails to grasp the reason for their punishment, I will attempt to clarify their wrongdoing. If they persist in their lack of understanding and engage in argumentation, I will direct them to the server rules for reference. Should they continue to argue despite this, I will advise them to cease arguing, with further punishment being issued if they fail to comply.
