A staff member is someone who helps when a player needs a hand and is always making sure that no rules are being broken. They shouldn’t abuse their power and if a rule is broken then they should hand out the appropriate punishment.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I would listen to the player that made the report on the other clone, I would then check logs. After this i will confirm that the person has broken the rules, If he has broken any rules i would punish him accordingly to what he has done, if he killed more than three clones i would ban him for Mass RDM resulting in a 5 day ban.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would go to him and tell him i am bringing a trainer, then i would ask a high ranking clone (highest on or batt) to go and send someone to train him, if no one comes i will then start bringing NCO's

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 Not a Staff incident so i would not interfere, and even if it was not a accident CG would be able to deal with it.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

Would not do anything as its not a staff matter.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

They have still committed Fail Roleplay so i would proceed with handing out the punishment.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would start of by telling him that he can go onto the forums and apply for a unban/unwarn request after that if he still doesn't listen he will be punished for not listening to a staff member.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

Yes i have recently resigned from my clone rank but I'm still going to be active on Jedi and Clone which i think shows that I'm dedicated and i really enjoy helping this community. I have made sure to go over each and every rule and fully understand each and every one of them, I know what i am capable of and i would like to use the knowledge i have gained on this server to help others when in need of help. I have hardly taken LOA's / ROA's and wont for a while so i can be on at anytime to grind mins.

Another reason that i think i would suit the staff team is that i have already been trusted with ULX privileges on the server during my time as an event planner, during this time i proved that i could be trusted with these permissions which were never abused. Additionally as an Event Planner i learnt basic staffing which i implemented into the server when no Staff Team were present late at night, thus meaning that i already have a general idea and understanding on the staffing system, i understand majority of the commands which are used in day to day staff claims, therefore i believe that relearning and understanding more staff duties would come back easily

I have always loved helping people with anything even if I don’t need to, and always will even without staff. I hope I get the chance to help even more people as staff.
