 Joined 11/06/2023 but stopped playing until september and have been playing full time roughly since then besides GCSE's and some holidays when i'm away

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:

 Discord and Teamspeak are used almost daily however forums aren't used much as I have no need at the moment

State the role of staff on the server:

 Staff are responsible for ensuring that the server is not only a safe environment for all but also an enjoyable one. Staff must upkeep the server rules to ensure RP goes correctly without directly changing the course of the RP

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?

 I have read them however I am not 100% familiar with them but they are similar to the ones on the other servers I have been staff on.

List of all previous server staff experience:

 2 counts of experience on a certain community, was a Staff member for around  months on one of their servers along with training 2 new staff members who both did well and then around 3 months on another of their servers

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

 Yes

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I would bring the player who reported it to a safe area to gather evidence from both them and logs, if this is found to be true I would return the player after thanking them for bringing this to my attention and then bring the offender to the sit. I would speak with the offender. After explaining the situation to them I would dish out the suggested punishment (so in this case dependent on kills I would either deal for RDM or MRDM) and then close the sit, returning the player if they only had a warn and not a ban

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would take the claim and explain to them that a trainer will be along shortly whilst asking in OOC for a NCO to train the cadet. If there isn't any after 2 mins I would contact the battalion for them to send someone to train, if this still does not happen I will drag the lowest ranked NCO+ available to train them.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I would quietly speak to the CT and request they be more careful in the future whilst still letting RP happen if enough people are present (if its just me, the CT and the one who was shot I wouldn't enforce it)

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I would do nothing as this is an In-Character Issue not a Staff issue and isn't always in effect 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

 I would take them to the sit room and explain to them that while that case may not be in the rules, the rules still state that FailRP is up to staff to decide if it breaks as FailRP is down to common sense and the rules shouldn't need to list every little thing.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

 I would calmly explain to them that if they feel this is incorrect they should direct themselves to the forums or a member of server leadership and follow the chain, if they continue raising issues rather than going to the complaint forms I will request another member of staff to assist me in explaining the process to them.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I have decided to apply to the staff team to help cultivate my already existing skills whilst giving back to the community in forms of assistance.My already existing skills include over 3/4 of a year's worth of experience. Within this timeframe I have successfully trained 2 people to their staff team with both rising to good ranks. I have taken a large number of claims and dedicated close to 100 hours as AOD (Staff on Duty on that server aka giving up RP time to focus on Staff Duties) going beyond requirements most weeks.  My reasons for joining the staff team have always been about assisting the community to ensure the general playerbase enjoys it as much as possible. Alongside this I have experience within a multitude of Roles within RP on several servers so can understand different viewpoints easier and get better communication going during sits meaning easier resolutions. Within most RP ranks in other communities I have held, I have also been the main player responsible for ensuring relationships between my group and other groups have been positive, frequently opting to do joint trainings and my work has often been successful in fixing relationships that were tense before I arrived. Whilst I will fully admit that I am not always the most active due to a few stuff outside the server (For example I can't usually be on at all on Mondays and Tuesdays), I will still give my best to ensure that, the community is functioning and enjoyable, and that I meet my mins in time.
