 No I do not have a mic or a working microphone. I type and as I stated before I can type fast so I strongly believe it cancels out.

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since:

 I originally joined 2 years ago, I took a two-year break after around a year of playing on it.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums:

 I am on the TS almost every day, discord everyday, and I dont use the forums very often but I can if needed.

 The role of staff is to protect the server's rules and to make sure no wrongdoings are afoot, if such is then you must take action and protect them.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?

 Yes.

List of all previous server staff experience:

I was a staff member on four cube networks, I was a head admin on a server called 5th legion networks, and although these are my only staff experience I feel I can be sufficient as a staff member and help the server with stopping rule breakers in their entirety. 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

 yes I am fully aware I can be demoted anytime with reason and I strongly agree if I am saw unfit for staff during the application process or if this is accepted I fully understand I can be demoted if I am seen unfit as a staff member for abusing my power or not doing a sufficient and effective job as staff.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I will bring the Player said to rdm and will check the death logs if possible and if they did do it I will give them the proper punishment on how the server would wish a rdm ticket be properly dealt with but if the clone did not rdm I will return both players and close the ticket.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I will teleport to the Cadet and look at the tab menu and randomly bring a nco or if no nco is on I will bring the lowest rank able to train a cadet and see if they are not busy if they are busy or afk I will teleport them back and bring someone else if the person I bring is afk I will put them on cadet job, so no further confusion can take place.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I will bring the CT and I will give them a simple verbal warning if this was a real accident and not a multible offender of doing such and not lying to staff, if they are lying to staff saying that it was a accident I will warn them for both attempted rdm and lying to a staff member.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 The role of a staff member is to stop people breaking server rules this is a non-mandatory thing for one to do, also this is more rp then a rule break on the servers behalf and instead of acting as a staff member I will just say it as a SO and say that you should salute as it is a better look to salute as it can appear to those you are ready to rp.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

Even if it is not in the rules, FailRP is not allowed nerveless and trying to find a loophole to exploit the rules to your advantage to get away with rdm or in this instance FailRP I will warn them for a attemp to bypass server rules by finding a loophole and fail rp or if I am told otherwise I will only warn them for FailRP.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

Even if a player does not agree with a punishment a staff members word is final and cannot be changed. So for this scenario I will return them after I gave them this punishment as I stated a staff members say is final and cannot be overruled unless told otherwise by a higher staff member.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I deserve staff more than the other applicants because I have had several jobs as staff members as said in the other segment of the application. Furthermore, I have been on this server for 2 years plus the time I got off the break I have seen several ways staff members have handled situations and carefully learned what a staff should do in several scenarios. I can bring to the staff team a loyal and honest member who will try to do anything to prove myself as a trustworthy staff member in the community (ofc not saying the other staff members don't do this only stating what I can also bring to the team and what I feel is important for a applicant to have). I have to say that my strongest assets as a person or potential staff member is my ability to be on late at night when rdm and much more usually take place from past experiences from even today I have learned that people break rules at night and although I do not know if I can control me being a night staff or not I think a staff member available in a certain time frame can bring alot to the table if they apart of a specific team or not. Also various members can also vouch for me on wishing to stop those who FailRP,RDM,VDM,(ect...). In conclusion me being accepted into staff will allow more protection against the rulebreakers that try and exploit the server making RP impossible for those trying to have fun and allow the server to be a safe environment for everyone in it.
