 I joined late 2019, I have taken breaks in between longest one being a year but came back like always

 I use the Discord and Teamspeak everyday, I only use the forums when I want to see who applied and reply to apps with my opinion.

 Staff have the role of maintaining and making sure the rules of the server are not broken. They make sure they are in place to make the server more fun and enjoyable for the players and not let rule breakers ruin the fun for everyone.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 I would spectate the reported player to see if they are breaking that rule, if they do not do it while I'm spectating I will then check bLogs to see if they have done this. I will then make a staff sit and punish them correctly

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I will first check to see if they have adverted asking for a trainer, if not I will then explain to them to do that first before calling and admin and say if no one comes to make another claim. If they have adverted it and no one has come, I will ask if anyone wants to come and train the cadet. If no one replies I will then TP the lowest NCO rank to the cadet so they can get trained.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I would leave this as it's an IC scenario and will let CG decide what to do with the CT

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I wouldn't mind if they don't salute me, but I will inform them to make sure they do salute to 2nd LT+ as some people tend to like being saluted for their respected rank.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

Not all rules can be written. Most rules that are not stated tend to be common knowledge and known without question. I will explain this to them and let them off with a verbal. If they carry on doing this I will then punish accordingly

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

If they are arguing about it, it wouldn't matter since that is the right punishment for the rule they broke. They can argue all they like but I would just be doing my job and making sure rules are followed.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I deserve staff as I believe I am capable enough for it. I want to make sure that the server is running smooth and perfect for the community as I know it can be a pain when rule breakers ruin the fun. I have been on the server for some time now and work hard towards what I want to achieve, which I have managed to do so far. With the rank I have I know how to lead, enforce and punish accordingly. Also, I am pretty much on the server everyday, all day and event sometimes at night. I always push myself to make sure my activity and performance are outstanding.

 

I believe I deserve the position due to that fact I am hard working and when needed, I will be there on the dot. I also tend to help out staff as EP when needed or asked. I want to be able to keep the rules applied to the community and enforce them when needed, I want to help the community in such scenarios as it makes me want to do much more and help out more. I like seeing people being able to play without having to worry about rule breakers and enjoying themselves on the server.

 

From all the information I have provided, I have a clean slate, no punishments etc. makes me believe that I deserver staff and would be a great fit to help out the community keeping the community as fun as possible.
