Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I own a working microphone yes and I speak most of time but type if its late in day or if not feeling well.

 

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: Has been years as joined on a old account as I remember the OG Rishimoon and the CT Commander Mcknight so hard to put a pin on when exactly I joined but it has been on and off since then with me coming back after sorting my college life out and work so can finally play again.

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I use often if I ever need to speak to regiment or ask a question to the staff or admins plus is very helpful teamspeak especially for events.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to ensure that no one is breaking the rules of the server or ruining the experience for others, the role is to also ensure peoples time on the server is going well whether that's helping someone if they have got themself stuck somewhere or giving people some weapons for a SIM. Otherwise its just to ensure that if someone is online and have a issue then they can always ask you for help or advice on how to fix it whether that's anything from confirming if PAC-3 is working to help with Missing Textures.

 

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have read them and I am familiar with them  yes.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I understand that yes as it would not be a good thing for a Staff to abuse the powers so logical to have this in place.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would first either TP the player saying it to me, Or TP to the player and check the logs of the excused player, if its true and someone is killing clones randomly then go and grab the person doing it and just find out why or what reason they are doing it for then give them a warning for RDM and to just inform them about if they feel it was unjust the warn they can always appeal it on the forum. Also depending on the amount of people the player killed would also depend on the punishment whether its a warn or a timed ban from server.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: TP to the cadet and inform them that you will get a trainer for them and inform battalion to send NCO+ to cadet area to train the cadet, and if no NCO+ online then the lowest ranking available player.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it was a accident then the CG would deal with it in game as it would not warrant a staff interference unless it happens multiple times over.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Not a staff issue but just to remind the CT #### that you salute any ranking officer above 2nd LT.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: Depends highly on the situation as on the rules page it states that not everything will be listed and you are to be aware of that factor and use some common sense when it comes to being a part of server. If something to Staff/Admins classifies as FailRP then you would first make sure you know exactly what happened and judge it on your own behalf to the punishment required and if you are unsure to just ask a fellow staff member either in game or on the discord/teamspeak.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: If they keep aruging feeling that the punishment you gave was unjust you just will need to redirect them to the Forums where they can always appeal the punishment if they felt it was wrong and the Admins will take a look at it too see whether the punishment was fitting or not.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I feel I would make a good staff member, as despite not being a staff or event planner before I do have a good grasp on the responsibilities of being a staff member of the server as in a way you are setting a example for others, plus I am very active with me being online each day even if I'm working that day I try to just get on for a hour or two encase there is a cadet as that ties into this all as I enjoy helping people whether that's helping with training or a issue and being a staff member would only allow me to help more people and improve the experiences of the current members of the server from being ruined by the people that FailRP. With my previous experience in CG I also learned in my time at what points you just need to be more lenient/calm with players, perhaps if they are new despite them still breaking the rules and to be punished, I would be calmer and in general just informing them of the rules again as maybe they did not read them and now after hearing them they do not repeat it, however if its someone that's been on the server for a while and is still breaking the rules then I would not be so lenient as you should of known the rules at this point and should not be breaking them when you have this amount of time invested into the server. 

That is my main sort of, explanation why I feel I would be a good staff member as I enjoy helping people and making the experiences of others in the server a more quick and easy time. Thank you for reading my application and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
