if this is just as he says, than +1, no reason for him to be banned for LTAP.  However, if there is more to the story (which knowing from other threads like this, there probably is) such as you simply lying, than I wouldnt +1, thus the neutral.

so i was playing as the chicago spirit associate and was propminging

 

of course i was kicked and i thought to myself "ok i deserved that, i was prop minging" and tried to rejoin

 

midway through rejoining i got a pop up message that said "you have been banned for 2 days, LTAP - propminge"

 

then i came here and made this post to say that was a really fuckin stupid my dude

 

what i think happened is that an admin kicked me, then an other admin who didn't know i was kicked, was called by a guy to report me for prop minging and tried to TP me to him

 

and then when i didn't TP to him i guess he thought i disconnected

 

that's my side of the story i guess
