Have you read the rules of SCP-RP, and do you understand them?: yes

Have you read the rules of SCP-096, and do you understand what you can and cannot do? Demonstrate your understanding*

I understand the rules and they are the following:

I can't go on a killing spree, even if someone tells me to do it. I can't use my keycard to open the chamber door except only when I am chasing 096-1. I can't use PAC3 to see through the door or walls.  need to sit down and look at a wall or a corner in my containment chamber. If i play with a friend and he looks at my face, I have to kill him. After I kill 096-1, I have to sit down exactly where I did it, not move around to make people look at my face. If someone tries to breach me on purpose, I must report him as it is illegal. I need to make sure another player actually looked at me before I try to kill him. I must be careful with my SWEP to not kill other people by mistake when chasing 096-1.

Are you able to play SCP-096 often when the job is not full, and give good RP to other players who encounter you?:  I can play often and I can give good RP to the other players that encounter me.

What is the Containment Procedure for SCP-096?(Explain in full detail)

SCP-096 resides in a 5mx5mx5m airtight steel cube that does not contain any video surveillance equipment. If it breaches containment in any way, all individuals except Containment units must leave the room while making sure they are not looking at its face. After that is done, E-11 or any other personnel specialized in containment procedures will be called and they must enter the room while assuring they are facing away from SCP-096. Then they must carefully approach 096 and use a suitable object to cover its face. Then they will need to use cuffs to escort it to its chamber. Units that are recontaining SCP-096 need to be so that other individuals do not attempt to remove the object from the SCP's face.

During research, a Class D looks at your face and manages to escape the Containment Chamber, he runs towards the Entrance Zone. What is your course of action
while chasing 096-1, and what do you do once you have killed them?:

If I am sure he looked at my face, I will go after him. I will be careful so I do not kill anyone by mistake with the SWEP. After I kill him, I will sit down where I killed him while looking at the floor.

While chasing 096-1, you pass a researcher, Class D and a MTF unit who all look at your face accidentally. Once you kill the current 096-1, you go back and find them, then proceeding to kill them also. Is this good RP and why?: Yes, It is because on the official SCP wiki it is mentioned that even though multiple individuals looked at its face, it did not stop chasing the first viewer.

If SCP-096 bag had come off or if some Escapee Class d ran past and grabbed it, as E-11 or CS would you chase the class d or proceed on to recontain SCP-096? I would inform the on-site security of the escaped Class-D personnel then proceed with recontaining the escaped SCP.

A GOI has managed to enter the facility, and they open your Containment Chamber to cuff you and take you out of the facility, one of them looks at your face but tells you it was an accident, and you can just ignore it. What should you do? Why?*: I cannot ignore it if he saw my face. If I am 100% sure that he did see my face, I have to kill him no matter if he says it was an accident.
