What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:

I aim to create a nice and non toxic enviorment and be hardworking with my staff duties without being biased by any means when dealing with something, i also aim to become someone known in the server with a good reputation, i know i had problems with CG but i fixed them and now i aim to be known as a better person by being staff and helping others by any means, ofcourse not breaking the rules, i also aim to enforce the rules of the server so that the mingery is reduced.

Why do you stand out among other candidates: 

Because of my previous staffing experiences, i've been a year as an Admin in the SCP RP server (not WG), i also stand among because of my dedication to becoming staff i will do my necessary claims and even more, i also stand out among because of my ULX knowledge which i've been learning and testing in single player in order to be a good option for staff i promise that with this motivation and dedication to staff i will do whatever i need to do and beyond.

Why should we pick you to staff our server: (While writing this i realized that i wrote a lot of stuff so to make it easier to read im going to divide it in parts)

Point 1, my dedication to the server, activity and my will to help as much as possible by doing anything in my hand.

1) Like i said before because of my dedication, i love this server and will probably take A LOT of time to leave it, one way to prove how dedicated i am is that being in a clone regiment and being an Ace while being active in both shows dedication to the server and i would not have a problem by ading being Staff to my duties in the server, i am really active and i will do the claims and help with no problem at all, i also would do my claims not for having the minimuns to not be demoted but to help people since it's kind of frustrating when nobody takes your claim and i want to help with that, i also find taking claims fun from what i've seen, unless i am in a IC situation (this doesnt apply if im the only staff on, then i would put my duties over IC) i would take the claims if no one takes it so that i can help as much as i can, i hate when staff sits are biased with friends, so what i would do if i need to deal with a friend is try not to be biased and if i cant i would tell another staff member to take over since i want everything to be fair and square, i also play when there is no staff on which would be usefull for the people that are playing at that time.

Point 2, knowledge over staff and ULX commands.

2) I also have an extended knowledge in ULX commands, as i've been previous staff and i also decided to learn more commands in google so that im ready, i've also been reading the rules and Staff guidelines carefully to know them properly to avoid giving unfair punishments as staff and to know when to punish someone, which also gives me good OOC rules knowledge, i've also been watching other staff (in discord streams and such) do their job to inform myself more about what being a staff is.

Point 3, meeting the requirements of activity in TS and the Forums, also self improvement about toxic situations.

3) I am also really active in both TS (usually in 74th and CE channel) and the forums (constantly checking and replying to other posts), i am also someone with a decent amount of playtime and been in the server for quite a few months so i have experience, i also made my previous mistakes like being toxic and doing rude stuff overall, but i improved, i ate my pride and apologize with everyone that i been rude or toxic with because it would be childish and dumb by keep arguing and fighting over the same thing, so i decided to change to be a better person.

Point 4, trying to get more well known by meeting more people, also explaining that i have some experience enforcing laws.

4) I also joined 74th and got more bonds with people instead of just being a Jedi, that's one of the things i improved on, i also have been PK for a little bit and dealed with minges to help the server so i think i could keep helping the server with this by being staff, im also constantly trying to make sure others dont break rules and try to calm them when OOC starts getting a little bit hard, being staff would help me with this, also being in 74th and in Jedi gave me good knowledge of IC rules.

Point 5, talking about why i personally feel that i would be a good staff member.

5) So i really dont have much to say, just that my main goal in this server is to become staff and help, i am also not going to abuse my power for any reasons, and that all i have to say is that i feel like i improved and now i feel worthy of it, and that with my dedication, rank, activity and playtime i would make a good staff member, and i know some people wont trust me but im ready to show them that i will try my best and be as good as i can be in as a staff, i think that i deserve a chance for becoming staff, and i promise that if it happens i wont fail SMT by any means and will show how good i can be.

If a Trooper didnt salute you, what do you do as a staff member:

If im playing as SOD then i wouldnt do anything because he wouldnt have seen me in the first place because i would be in noclip, but it's also an OOC job, but if i am playing as my IC role, i would fix it IC aswell without using my staff perms.

You havent done your staff duties as much as you should for one week, how do you handle this: 

Like i said before, this wouldnt happen without previously telling SMT that i wouldnt be able to do it, but in case it happens like in this scenario, i would apologize and accept any type of punishment that is needed either if its a tier or a demotion, i also would do double amount of claims for next week so that i can compensate in some way.

You dont like a staff member, how do you handle this: 

Depends, if i don't like him for breaking rules and minging i would tell SMT, but if i just don't like how he is as a person, i would ignore my feelings towards that person and treat him just like anyone else.

 WGSWRP, i've put a lot of effort into this app to show and express my ideals and to show that i am a good option for staff, constantly adding and changing things for a month now to make sure i show that im a good option, thank you for taking the time to read my app and make sure to say what you think, either if its a +1 or a -1, and good luck to everyone else that applied.

Well written application, however in the past when Peacekeeper whilst I was CG Commander, you have been toxic towards members of CG, even if they were towards you first. Causing unnecessary drama and not responding well to actual constructive criticism. You then began talking poorly about Hierarchy behind their backs, and to us as well after you were blacklisted.

You have been unblacklisted now, showing improvement, however I do not have contact with you so personally I don't know if that is just because it has been a while.

However, with the High Rank in Jedi and the Captain role in 74th, i hope you have changed as its been a while since you joined.
