Playtime: 2 weeks and 1 day. ( i have been playing here since 2019 or 2018 ( I Dont remember)  Edit: The reason why i have 2 weeks and 1 day and i have been here since 2019 or 2018 is i first played with my brothers account but soon moved into my own. I wanted to clearfly  this because people were confused why i had 2 weeks of playtime when i have started since 2019 or 2018.

 

Predicted time on server per week: 60-80+hours.

Do you use a microphone: Yes.

 

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I want to achieve that  the players can trust me and to create an safe enviroment for people to play on and help people in their usual playtime. And to help people the most becouse i think thats the usually thing staff do but i would make the helping more immersive.

 

Why do you stand out among other candidates:  The main thing is my age i may be the youngest to make this application but that doesnt mean i am the least mature. But the other things would be  the help i give. I  will give the most help of the staff  hopely and i am aiming on that too as seen in my other answer. And that i have alot of experience staffing what will stand out pretty well.

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
I want to become staff  to actually help people with their  problems. If it maybe  pciking people from  a tree theyre stuck or  helping them with Hp i will do it  .  And the main thing is to let people have fun and i will  make sure of it. I want that people can have fun and create awesome things with their RP in refugee or  as  battalion doing Sims I want to be part of that. I know that you think i am irresbonsible and a retard. But i want to improve myself and show people i am not one. So by  helping people, i can achieve that and create a wide server based  happy and enjoyable community as it is now today. I have alot of staff experience as i have told and know the commands and seen what staff do here by being here over  a year or two here. 

 I assure you i can help making fun and enjoyable moments.  I   think i am the youngest applyer but i can assure you not the weakest one.   I have tons of experience in gmod and RPing so it will be a good advantage as a staff member for me. I  do my staff  duties properly and give the rulebreaker a prober punishment for hes/shes actions.   And i can work underpressure very greatly. I have came here from DarkRP with alot of experience and more to see with SWRP alltough i have been here over a year now., I am active in discord and teamspeak so that is also a great advantage but mostly the main thing you should get me in your staff team is that i will and promise to help people the best i can and   assist new players and just have fun becouse that is what this is all about.

 

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes I understand that fact.

 

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: If i am Staff On Duty then i dont mind becouse i am not suitable for  saluting. But if i am a clone higher then a 2ndLT then I would do an punishment that would be suitable for that situation.

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I will be handling this by  taking an demotion or  improving my activity.

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I  will abologise to him of what  i have done and he does the same thing to me and i will hope things will turn out better for the 2 of us.
