What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I aim to help out as much as I can and help make the server a friendlier place for newer and older players.

Why do you stand out among other candidates: I think I stand out among other candidates because I have a lot of play time on the server and I will always be able to reach my goals I can also. I have been on the server for nearly two years now and I know a lot about it like the rules and how the server works. I am always willing to learn new things and I can take criticism from anyone who gives it to me.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): You should pick me for staff as I have a large amount of playtime and I am dedicated to the server. I am also very active on the server and I am on for around 3 to 6 hours a day. I also know the ins and outs of how the server works as I have played for a long time and achieved multiple high ranks while I have been on the server. I am also a very friendly person and I can take a joke and be serious when needed.

Although I have never been staff I know a lot of ULX commands as I have messed about with them in singleplayer and this will prove useful when being staff on the server. I am also a quick learner so if there is a command I do not know I will be willing to learn how it works and how to effectively use it.
I would take being staff very seriously and wouldn't be afraid to punish those who deserve it. I will always listen to both sides and be unbiased to make sure that I would never wrongfully ban or warn someone. I also hope to help new players and learn and understand how the server works.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: If I were my staff job I wouldn't do anything about it as SOD is OOC

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would contact Staff management and inform them I have not been able to reach my minimums and I would apologise and try harder the next week.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I would usually just keep it to myself but if it got to the point where I wouldn't want to come onto the server because of the person I would bring it up to them in private and hopefully we would be able to talk it out between us.

Unfortunately we are being limited with regards how many staff we can accept and we intended to try and get you onboard the staff team but as I mentioned the limitations that we have been set have excluded SMT from being able to accept.
