What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:

I want to do my part to help the community move forward, by hopefully helping implement positive change.

Why do you stand out among other candidates:

I believe i am more mature than most (not just because of my age) and will be able to contribute at times when perhaps there isnt as many admins on to help grant claims.  Whilst i acknowledge that my playtime and lack of experience go against me i believe i have learnt quickly during my brief time on this server and have managed to balance a large amount of weekly playtime against my working life etc, so i can handle the expectations.
Why should we pick you to staff our server (200 words):

I personally believe that i have shown that i am committed to playing the server long term and with the slight blip of my first night on the server ( i 100% originally came on to minge my back out) i can be depended on to be respectable. I dont tend to get into heated disputes with others and am more than able to back down from a situation should it escalate. I have also mentioned above that i am often on at times when perhaps others may not be on, and as such can help with claims when other admins may be struggling/or not on. I beleive that being able to get a T EXO period in such a short space of time shows my level of maturity. I have managed to make friendships with the people i have interacted with so far and would like to continue doing so in both my regiment and as a member of staff.

I have several IRL friends who play this server and have not shown them favouritism during my time so would continue this trend when making judgment calls regarding rule breakers.

I understand and would expect it.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
If i was currently an SOD i would do nothing, as i was in OOC, should they not salute whilst i am IC i wouldnt make a fuss of it, but just remind them that you salute 2nd LT+ 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
I would explain to the staff hierarchy any reasons why the situation originally occured, accept any potential punishment for my indiscretions and make sure it doesnt occur again.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

It would be irrelevant, any issues between myself and another staff member should not affect how we act when in or even out of character.  If its possible to fix the issue then great but if not i would still act amicably.

Definitely mature from what I've seen.
Managed to reach Trial EXO, despite people not hearing of him. 

Low playtime may affect you though, as well as not reaching at least 200 words, but you were close!
