Anthony Rogers 4 Share Posted August 31, 2020 Basically help out newer players in RP, so they dont just go senior researcher and go SCP Feeding mode. I suggest making the level required for senior researcher higher so they have more time to learn as a junior researcher. The HR or SR should be responsible for teaching or telling the junior researcher how tests work and not just throwing D class in SCP rooms. (example) Make Senior Researcher like lvl 30 and junior the way it is. And also same as the security thing. Make HoS a higher level (like 45), same as Sec LT (like 30). So that the players have more time to learn what to do on those jobs and not be clueless and think just because they are Security LT they control the foundation. This is just to help out newer players. And maybe like make a guide in LCZ armory or med bay for how to do your job as a security guard/officer or junior/senior researcher. Just to help people out. Why would anyone play Security LT/HoS if it has the same level requirement as MTF and the MTF have better guns and can go to the surface? High levels and WLs doesn't equal good RP, it's just going to make no one play the jobs. Link to comment

High levels have more experience (depends), because Sec LT and HoS are actually in command of something and lead units, MTF going to the surface is a death wish at this point. This is because new players want to see what SCPs do by putting a D Class in the chamber and don't want to be jailed for 10 minutes because an MTF decided them finding out what an SCP does is "feeding". HRs are hardly doing ResearchRP lol...Mostly they just go and act like fucking ISD with their taser lol Seniors are meh...Sometimes they RP but most are either ISD ( dead job btw ) or running around doing nothing The server hardly has any PassiveRP...Why are you trying to give suggestions when you know Hierarchy is going to say " Fuck the community " to almost every one of them? Just leave it lol....
