Why did you get banned?: No reason is given in the ban message, but i will explain the situation step by step that got me banned:

1. SCP 049 breaches
2. SCP 049 threathens my life, i shot and kill him in self defence.
3. While killing 049, i accidentally crossfire and also kill a D-Class
4. The scientist requests my arrest for threatening his property
   a. I try to explain myself
5. A MTF complies and walks towards me with his handcuffs out
6. I kill him in self defence.
7. Every unit in the room (about ~4 dudes) get agressive and I get instantly crucified, I shoot at them yet again, but I don't kill anyone.

Evidence(Un-necessary): The 2 day ban without a literal reason written gives serious incompetent vibes to me, even if I really rdmed someone it should've been a warning.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Well, let's go to the admin sit section of this fuckery.

1. I spawn in the armoury, buy my stuff and then suddenly get pulled over in an admin sit
2. The MTF (which was 102% mad) reported me to the admins and lied to them saying he didn't have his cuffs out
3. The admin instantly sides with the MTF, I tell him that the MTF is lying, he calls me a liar and says the MTF isn't lying, I tell him to check the logs.
4. Surprise surprise! MTF was lying and the admin tells me he was wrong (that should've been the end of it)
5. Now the admin blames me of Mass RDM despite the fact that out of all the ~7 people that were there, none reported it (other than the salty MTF that I rightfully killed)
6. He wants me to explain why did I kill an "E-11" and other people i had nothing to do with, and also tells me I rdmed the 049.
7. I explain the situation, I also address the false allegations made by him, he says it's in the logs.
8. He acknowledges (I think) that one of the guys that I killed changed jobs, that's why it says E-11
9. He still thinks I killed other and more people with different jobs
10. I explain again, and implore to check the logs better, because I really didn't
11. He never, ONCE even came to his mind that i could POSSIBLY was telling the truth
12. Without even coming to an actual conclusion and while i was STILL trying to explain, I get the ban of 2 days without a written reason.

Anything else?: I want to add how biased the admin was even before the sit, there was this one time i killed my friend (had the hazmat suit job, i think it's called janitor) that said over gmod voice chat (NOT DISCORD) to kill him because he ringed the bell and the ghost was following him everywhere, i said if he was sure and he repeated the sentence at least 5 times because i wanted him to be really SURE.
I killed him, he went scientist and the same admin came in like superman and jailed me because he thought i was mass rdming people because i shot my friend nearby a scientist, not crossfire, not because of damage dealt but LITERALLY BECAUSE I SHOT MY FRIEND CLOSE TO HIM. He must've been told 2 million times that he requested it and that i wasn't rdming by multiple people and THE GUY I SHOT HIMSELF before finally unjailing me.
Really a shot first, ask questions later kind of guy!

No. I banned him after Viktor because I have a different way of punishing which goes by the TMod Punishment Guide (atleast I remember thats where its from, or I think I was told by a Senior Staff or Security-Staff when I was still a Trial Mod), although I am not a TMod, It teaches you how punishments work and explains that even if it's attempted, you still tried to do it therefore it's rdm. You did RDMX3 not RDMX2, attempted RDM also classifies are RDM since there is no such this as "Attempted RDM". You did RDM X3. What you did was you shot at a Class D in crossfire yes, then a guy took out his cuffs and you immediately resulted in shooting him, when you shot him you went on a rampage and killed 1 other person and nearly killed another guy, notice, all of those combats were literally started by you, no one else. You torched everyone, so you are basically lying on your application.

Do you see how far away one of them was? And do you see how you torched then all up yourself? In my opinion due to your blatant lying on this app the ban should be extended. But this is for SMT to decide.

 

Now let me explain the sit from my POV  :

I get told you RDMed, I check logs and surprise surprise! Multiple death people including a cuffed Class-D, I then assume you MassRDMed, then you explained how the Class-D was killed in cross-fire, I acknowledge this and apologise due to the fact that it was crossfire, so It's no longer RDM X4, but instead RDM X3, I then explain to you that you RDMed x3 people I said and I quote "You shot 3 people, 2 of which were killed, and 1 was damaged". You then decided to be ignorant and deny anything I said, Yes I did mistake someone's job cause it turns out they changed right after they were killed. I then double checked the log and they were E-11 before they died and then changed after which I apologised for because it was an honest and small mistake, but it still doesn't justify your RDM X3? Does it? The sit took so long because you were ignorant and decided not to listen, I told you that you shot 3 people and killed 2 but you denied it and only say "I only shot 049 and that guy in cuffs" then when I said, no, you killed 2 people + 1 injured 1 you decided to say "Nonono check logs!" which I did and it clearly still said you shot 3 people 2 of which died. You were clearly lying. 

 

I wasn't the one who banned you at first. Another Admin banned you which wasn't mean, I just added a reason. The admin didn't come to check why you killed them. But even if he came to check it was still a lot of invalid shots and kills.

I gave you different reason than "shooting" though. Please give me a list of the 3 RDMs, the MTF arresting me was self defence, the scientist was crossfire and the other dude was self defence because they were shooting at me. The logs don't tell everything

I just realized, if you take in all the screenshot in consideration, it's clear that the commander and the scientiest were lined up behind the guy i shot in self defense. It's absolutely CROSSFIRE i was referring to someone with a sniper rifle, not the commander.

My POV i just shot and killed 2 with a single crossfire, the logs you gave show me clearly crossfiring 2 other people that were LITERALLY lined up, it's clear as day in the screenshots

The last picture was the last guy you shot (at the bottom) It was after you killed everyone. That means you still did RDMX2, shot a an MTF and ended up in killing the researcher, then randomly shot another MTF in the back, hello?

Let me explain myself better, then.

1st Shows me doing self defense against the MTF that was about to arrest me.
2nd Shows the Scientist that was directly behind him and in my line on fire. (crossfire)
3rd Shows the commander that was, again directly behind the MTF and in my line of fire. (crossfire)
4th Shows me defending myself against the guy that was trying to kill me.
