Quick summary about you:

I am 17 years old and I am about to finish my A-Levels. I often go out in the weekends, but in the evenings. Still, I like to prioritize SWRP over going out in weekends, since I don't really like drinking myself into a coma as I can't handle alcohol really well.

I often like taking charge of certain matters, whether it is organizing a presentation as a group, or leading an airsoft team and using tactics to undermine my enemies (of course, not quite literally enemies).

I see myself as a competent leader, and I make sure that my orders are followed thoroughly and precisely. Furthermore, I do not hesitate to punish misconduct and reward propriety. Many people may see me as cold and harsh because of my words, but I don't think that following orders down to their core is harsh, or cold, we are all here to do our best, and to do our best, one needs to have a certain set principles.

Planning ahead has always been one of my strong points, I don't fancy spontaneous decisions, meaning that I would rather have well thought out plans before me, rather than going out into battle unprepared. I often like to study my opponent first and react based on their behaviour, maybe that's why I like playing chess or poker. I have also read several books about tactics and political ideologies (Sun Tzu's Art of War, The Communist Manifesto, and Mein Kampf), but I am still not sure if I can apply these principles in an environment such as SWRP, I will try to an extent though.

I also fancy the principles of loyalty and brotherhood, I would never betray my close ones, or talk behind their back, but that doesn't mean that I am not neutral.

If my friends, regiments, or fellow battalion members misbehave, I will not hesitate to treat everyone the same way, as I am impartial. 

I try to enforce these values that I have stated above to have a better RP environment for all of us.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion:

The Battalion are in charge of commanding the base thoroughly, they also make sure that needed duties are carried out on base properly as the Republic wishes. It is always expected that a battalion does their best, and only the best, in carrying out their duties, as well as having a proper repertoire of manners.

The Battalion also has to act as a role model to all fellow clones, as the Republic values order and law.

They are also in charge of leading events, hosting trainings, demoting and promoting people (Only Major to HOB though, and Major can only demote PVT or below).

To ensure that the base is kept busy, even on Defcon 5, battalion members may call out certain duties, such as bunk inspections, wall duties, or do a mandatory training for a couple of regiments.

Yes, and I will try to perform my very best, as that is the only option.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?

During combat (not leading), battalion members prioritize getting to their respective regiments so that they can aid the regiment that they're supervising by using their equipment and combat skills (or you will get ordered by battalion to oversee a certain regiment). Battalion, when they're not leading and part of a regiment, are not allowed to order that regiment, but they can, for instance, advise the commanding officer on what to do, and may order that regiment in a building to go to certain areas and places, it is so that the regiments are able to search the building. 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

A Battalion Officer Cadet needs to

1. host a training with faces, formations and question successfully.

2. lead an event successfully.

3. call and do a debrief.

If their respective mentor (who has to be Captain or higher) is content with their performance on these tasks, the Battalion Officer Cadet gets promoted to Battalion Officer. 

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

In the case of an event, there is one battalion supporting the leading one. The supporting battalion, the Co-Leader, will then support the leading battalion in helping them make big decisions such as granting or denying.

All interactions I have had with you have been positive however you did leave and re-join GM twice from my understanding which does seem like you are/were getting bored of the server which isnt the best mindset to have when going into Battalion.

I have done shameful acts, and I am willing to progress and atone for my mistakes. If I don't get picked for battalion, so be it.

But I will still try to strive for this goal, no matter who tries to stop me.

Sorry but IK this is in the past, but you fucked up in the past, i know the past is the past but still doesnt excuse you for it. I've had bad expereiences with you. especially leaving my cadet training to be a EC without letting anyone else know to take over so sooth had to.

Really need to make your image alot more positive so it will be better for you
