Have you read the rules of SCP-RP, and do you understand them?:

Yes, I've read them and I am staying updated on them.

Have you read the rules of SCP-096, and do you understand what you can and cannot do? Demonstrate your understanding*

Yes, I did read them very closely and I understand what I can and cannot do while playing SCP-096.

-I can use it's swep super speed mode to catch up to SCP-096-1. This will greatly make my job easier but I shouldn't use it all the times as it can lead to missing the target and killing someone else instead, resulting in unwanted chaos and complications.

-I can emit SCP-096 sounds by right clicking while holding the swep (of course with a small cooldown), to add more immersion to the gameplay and give other players a hint that I might be nearby.

-I can also use first person to play as SCP-096 but it is advisable to play on third person to not get tunnel visioned and have better vision on your surroundings, thus removing probability of wrong kills and complications.

-The SCP-096 playermodel is a bit glitchy when it comes to handcuffs so once I am cuffed and put back in my cell, I should call an admin (or any other member of staff) to uncuff me, rather than let the CS or E-11 struggle with it.

-I cannot kill other SCP.

-I am forbidden from going on massive killing sprees/rampages, even if someone tells me to (although that applies to most of the rules, no one can make me break them, because they said so).

-I shall not abuse my Clearance Level 5 keycard to open my containment chamber doors or any other doors that I don't have to open, I should only use it while chasing SCP-096-1 (if it is required).

-I don't have PAC3, but if I were to get it, I mustn't use it's camera to look out of my containment chamber.

-When I am in my chamber, I should look away from the door as to not make a fail breach by immediately being looked at someone who opens my containment chamber.

-I should kill anyone that happens to be SCP-096-1, regardless of that they are my friends or not (that does not apply to people attending Staff sit or Staff on Duty role)

-When I killed my target (SCP-096-1), I must sit down where I killed him and facing the same direction I killed him, I mustn't move or turn around.

-Anyone trying to breach me on purpose will be immediately reported to staff by me as it is against the rules.

-I should make sure that the player I should kill, actually deserves to die. I saw already cases of SCP-096 getting the pop up message of someone looking at his face even though they weren't.

-I should limit collateral damage and killing other players to as minimal as possible by not missing my hits with SCP-096 swep. (I already made that point up above).

Are you able to play SCP-096 often when the job is not full, and give good RP to other players who encounter you?:

Yes I am able to play SCP-096 quite often. I've played a lot of jobs in this RP and I am looking for something new so for a long time this will be a job that I will usually take once it's not full.

What is the Containment Procedure for SCP-096?*(Explain in full detail)

Containment Procedure of SCP-096 looks as follows:

-In the event of SCP-096 breaching his containment chamber by any means (whether it's by door malfunction or any other thing), everyone who is not a containment unit (Epsilon-11, Containment Specialists or now B-7) should leave the room SCP-096 is in to avoid the risk of someone looking at his face and thus making possible for a chain reaction to occur (and making Containment Units job harder, but that goes without saying)

-Once everyone not allowed to be in the room left, Containment units will be called upon to contain the SCP-096. They will open the door and enter the room where SCP-096 is in, with their backs turned towards him. They will continue to walk backwards until they "bump" into an obstacle. Once they stopped on the said obstacle (which doesn't exactly mean it's SCP-096) they will analyze whether it is the SCP they are looking for or for example a table, they should do it very carefully and cautiously to not enrage SCP-096 by accidentally looking at his face.

-If they already found the exact location on SCP-096 in the room and stand beside or behind him, they will proceed to contain him. They must do it steadily and slowly to minimize the risk of something going wrong. or glancing at his face. The time does not play a role here, the safety does.

-They will start off by taking a plastic bag or any other object that completely hides SCP-096's face and put it on, tying it firmly so it does not fall off. They can also blindfold him if needed and then use the red Elastic cuffs or containment cuffs on SCP-096 to bring him back to his cell.

-When they are dragging the SCP-096 back to his containment chamber, they need to be very cautious. Another person can approach them and quickly take the bag or the object that hides SCP-096's face off, resulting in another breach.

-Roles that can cuff SCP-096:
    Containment Units:
           Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11
           Containment Specialists
           Mobile Task Force Beta-7
    Groups Of Interest:
           Chaos Insurgency
           Global Occult Coalition
           and many other GOIs

Roles that can bag SCP-096:
Foundation personal with clearance 3 or higher.

-There are plenty of other things you need to remember, such as prioritizing tasks but most if not all of the things boil down to one thing. Use common sense.

During research, a Class D looks at your face and manages to escape the Containment Chamber, he runs towards the Entrance Zone. What is your course of action while chasing 096-1, and what do you do once you have killed them?*:

-First thing I do is verify whether it was fail breach or not, which in this case, it wasn't since it was a research that just went not the way it should. And the SCP they were testing on, in this example SCP-096, breached containment.

-I start to chase him, opening every door he comes through and watching out to not kill anyone while I attack and try to hit him and not someone else.

-I ignore everyone who looks at me during the chase, now I need to focus on that one D class that looked me in the face.

-No matter where did I get him, whether it's still Heavy Containment Zone or already Entrance Zone, once I killed him I sit down in the exact place that he died from my hands, facing the same direction.

-I will not move to not make anyone another SCP-096-1 and I will analyze my every action by remembering the rules I wrote down up above.

-If the D-class was killed before I got to it, I will sit down and face one way, not moving at all while doing so (of course that is if it tells me that the D class is dead, I did not use the SCP-096-1 swep so I don't know 100% how it works and if it isn't showing that the SCP-096-1 is dead, I think it should and the swep should get a rework).

-When Containment Units finally arrive to contain me, I let them do their thing, watching closely whether they do it right or not, resulting either in a good containment or another breach (in some cases I might call a staff member if something does not seem right, but that goes to most of the things)

-Once I get into my containment chamber, I call a staff member to remove cuffs from me.

-When the Containment Procedure is done, I sit down facing away from the containment chamber door and not move.

-If an engineer or some foundation personal comes to my chamber afterwards, with intention on breaching be deep into the foundation, I call staff and report a fail breach, not even trying to follow him, just remembering his name.

It is pretty much rinse and repeat, all I have to do is to remember rules and follow them while calling out anyone who is not doing that, to staff. That way I can ensure a good gameplay to both me and others.

While chasing 096-1, you pass a researcher, Class D and a MTF unit who all look at your face accidentally. Once you kill the current 096-1, you go back and find them, then proceeding to kill them also. Is this good RP and why?*:

As I said above in one of my points, I ignore every other person that looks at me during my chase after SCP-096-1.
This is not a good RP since it can result in a massive killing spree/rampage. All we need to do is imagine an SCP-096 chasing... let's say a class D. They ran past like 10 people before SCP-096 finally kills it's target. Then if I would chase the other 10, it would be possible that even more people would look at my face thus resulting in even larger target pool. This is just a pure killing spree if you ask me.
Instead of running after the researcher, Class D and a Mobile Task Force unit, I would sit down where I killed my previous target and wait for containment by containment units.
I believe that it would be very frustrating and annoying to play against SCP-096 that is constantly moving because someone non-stop looks at his face. Furthermore, it would make GOI raids and defending from them much harder because if abused correctly, SCP-096 could be a very deadly weapon for either GOIs or Foundation. I won't even mention that it would be impossible to contain SCP-096 if it was Roleplayed like that.
Same goes for photos of SCP-096. If someone looks at it I would just attack the first person that looked at it and after I am done with the first one, I would go on to another one.

If SCP-096 bag had come off or if some Escapee Class d ran past and grabbed it, as E-11 or CS would you chase the class d or proceed on to recontain SCP-096?*

Let me describe my course of actions:
-I escort the SCP-096 to it's chamber when suddenly a Class D runs past and grabs the bag I've put on the SCP-096 before.
-Now if I am with more than one containment unit, that's perfect, I proceed to bag the SCP-096 and tell the other one to take care of the Class D, simple as that.
-If I am alone, first thing I prioritize is bagging the SCP-096, I do it because unbagged SCP-096 can deal much more damage than even armed D class.
-Let's say that the D class returned and unbagged him again. Well I warn him before executing him to ensure the safety of others by prioritizing the SCP-096 over the D class.

A GOI has managed to enter the facility, and they open your Containment Chamber to cuff you and take you out of the facility, one of them looks at your face but tells you it was an accident, and you can just ignore it. What should you do? Why?*:

I would of course kill him.
SCP-096 doesn't care who looks at his face in the lore, and in game only exceptions that I can and should make are Staff on Duty roles and people attending Staff sits.
After I killed him I would do as usual that means, sit down and not move, looking in one direction until someone enrages me or moves me with cuffs somewhere.

Anything else you may need to tell people reading this application:

I aplogise for my English, it's not my first language, although I am trying my best to learn it!
In some questions, I just couldn't write those 400 words, it's two times more than official tests from writing require and over two times more than my English teachers told me to write.
