I am active and sensible and have a good judgement for whats right and wrong and how to deal with difficult situations.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
I think i would be a good staff member on the server because i am active and fair and even though i am 14 i am mature for my age. I have had quite a bit of experience when it comes to dealing with people and troublesome situations. I am very responsible and trust worthy which comes with the nature of my in game rank and i have had quite a bit of experience looking out for people and making sure that they are having a good time playing the server. I am good with people and know how to settle a situation down which would be useful if a staff sit with two upset people was to happen, i also have been on this server for quite a while and met most of the people on the server which i have good relationships with. I like to think of myself as friendly and easy going so i can help create a nice friendly environment on the server. I also hope to work with other staff members and the general community to create an environment that would make them enjoy their time on this server as much as physically possible. As one final thing i think that as staff i would help the rest of the staff team making sure that i am pulling my weight with things like claims so that they can  all enjoy their RP as well as their staff duties.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
Nothing, not saluting to me is not a staff matter and therefore i would not do anything as staff. However,  I would remind them of the basic rules of the server.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
Make sure that i full fill my duties the next week and make sure not to do it evr again.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:
I would try to get to know them so that we can get along without any issues that would disrupt the staff team or my duties as staff.
