What job does the Manufacturing Department have on site?:
The Manufacturing Departments or MD has the job of supplying all personnel on site, most of these supplies go to armed units but gas masks are important for any personnel. MD can supply and arm armed units even better with things like shotgun ammo types or rifle ammo types or M203 under barrels, MD can also give ammo to armed units which can be crucial in a longer combat situation.

Why do you think you'll be a good fit for the Head of Manufacturing?: 

I think I would be fit because of my earlier leadership position skills which have given me plenty of experience in leadership and management, which would definetly help me in this job. I also would like to think myself as a friendly and stretchable person which are both good attributes for a managing position.
