Do you use a microphone: I do use a microphone, but most of the time it only works in discord and teamspeak.

 

 

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I aim to achieve becoming great staff and overall doing good at my job by making sure the server is having a nice and good time while i work in the background to make sure no minges are lurking in the shadows.

 

Why do you stand out among other candidates: I stand out among other candidates because i am very keen to do stuff and well i am a PVT which makes me very "special" so that makes me unique but while doing the staffing i can learn new things which is very fun to do most times.

 

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): You should pick me to be staff because i am very compliable to work with and i think i am a good guy others may hate me or not but i try my best i am also a keen person as recently stated and i am willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done but in general i like to hang out and make new friends and just have a good time in SWRP but another reason you should pick me to be staff is i am very knowledgeable in the ULX commands and i like following the rules as many people will say but overall i can do the job i am assigned and i can do it well either that being Muting someone for spam or banning someone for Mass Rdm and i personally feel like i am ready to show what i can do to help the community but in some cases, others may hate me or love me but I am simply there to do my job and that is all.

 

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: I understand.

 

 

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: I wouldn't do anything i would simply allow it to pass as it should be the Regiments duty to make sure their troopers are acting well and working well.

 

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would simply apologise to the Staff Manager or an SMT+ and would take the punishment given to me in any shape or form...

 

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I would not do anything i would simply try to comply with them on equal terms and if they do something wrong i will have to report it to the higher-ups.

You clearly could make a good staff member but you need to get a high and trusted rank IC, as well as get yourself known in the community.
