Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum): I really like the SCP-RP server, it isn't perfect in retrospect to the things that happen on the server but somethings on the server make it really fun to play. I believe that the SCP-RP server lacks active Staff on Duty and consists of admins who like to roleplay a lot more than be on duty, granted I don't know whether there are server requirements for time active as a Staff on Duty however I seem to find that the number of active SoD is very low, I understand that it takes people behind the scene to operate to make the server run more smoothly, these in my eyes are the SoD, they are the people who are working to help the server run while others play and roleplay.

The staff members who are on aren't sloppy, they do there job and they do it good, however they are only human and need time to rest, I on the other hand don't mind taking long extensive periods where I give up my play time to help out and take cases, the server runs well and you do get the occasional minge but people bat an eye toward it until a load of people report him, people like that are where I would come in, it's not someone a higher staff member would like to deal with yet I find it rather easy to deal with. This allows those staff members to relax or eventually deal with something big that requires more urgency then that of a common minge. It would almost be like I was a get out of jail free card that admins could use.

I dont mind being that person, I enjoy it, past experiences have shown me that I find it easy to stay calm and reasonable in situations others may find tedious. Tbh I just like this server a lot and I would like to put my part into the server, I have no income so I can't donate plus I don't like the idea of pay to win but understand that the server has to generate money to stay up and operate. I want to help the server by being a load holder, someone who deals with the little things, after all its the little things about the server that make it fun to play.

How long will you be able to play per day?: depending on college timing and driving lessons, weekdays upto 6 hours, weekends upto maybe 10

Any past experience as staff?: Yes, I was a Trail Moderator on the server a while back and was demoted due to an ingame test to see If I was eligible to be a moderator.  

Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): 0 active warns

Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No: Yes and No, I know basics but learning them won't take long at all 

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): SCP-RP follows lore, that of the SCP universe, the universe consists of SCP's, these are creatures, anomalies, inanimate objects or animated objects that have abilities / characteristics that don't follow the laws of reality, immortality, invisibility e.c.t.

The Foundation are an Organization that works in the shadows at facilities to further the understanding of every SCP / anomaly that is known to exist or is captured / can be researched, The Foundation is broken into different systems, Task Forces make up the Military side of the Foundation, these groups work to maintain stability among people in situations, protection of Facility members, in cases containment / termination of SCP / anomalies and they also will use force in response to intrusion or capture of hostile group members.

These groups are comprised of Nu-7, a mobile task force designated "Hammer Down", this MTF Task Force deals with Facility protection, this group will work to secure security within the facility and will respond to intrusion of facilities or to find identities of foreign operatives working with hostile GOI's in the facility, Nu-7 respond to any attempt on a facility and can transfer to help at other facilities under siege.

MTF Epsilon-11 designated "Nine-Tailed Fox", this MTF works toward the containment of SCP's , this group focuses on containment however fall into this category as if necessary they will use force to contain an SCP's, especially when the asset is in hostile GOI containment or in a breach, they are also permitted to terminate an SCP if deemed necessary.

MTF Beta-7 designated "Maz Hatters", this MTF works toward the containment of Anomalous objects, the MTF Beta-7 is permitted to respond to anomalous object sightings and locations to contain the anomaly by any means necessary, this MTF can and will use force to contain the anomalies and anything it creates, the MTF works to protect everyone from the anomalous objects.

MTF Alpha-1 designated "Red Right Hand", this MTF work in close operations with the O5 council, this MTF reports directly to the O5 (unless one is not present), the MTF deals with the protection of the O5 council and its members, the MTF is at all times permitted to use lethal force, the Task Force consists of the Foundations best and most loyal operatives, MTF Alpha-1 is used in extreme cases and are rarely seen operating.

MTF Omega-1 designated "Law's Left Hand", this MTF is the counter part of MTF Alpha-1, the MTF works in close operations with the Ethics Committee, this MTF group will work with the Ethics Committee to ensure that ethical standards are met, if a Ethics Committee member deems it necessary to have any member of the Foundation detained or terminated MTF Omega-1 will ensure that happens.

Then there is the higher staff of the facility, this contains: Site Director, the director of the site, makes sure the site is ran smoothly, Site Advisor, these men are responsible for advising the Site Director on what should be done around the facility although there input isn't final, Ethics Committee, this man is responsible for ensuring ethical standard around the facility, if deemed necessary he can have high members detained or killed, Head of External Affairs, this man makes sure everything outside the facility runs smoothly, his main concerns are GOI's, Department of External Affairs Agent, these men work alongside the HoEA and help him with his work.

O-5 Council, the O-5 council are the highest ranking members among the facility, comprised of 12 main bodies the O-5 council ensure the Foundation works, the 12 bodies are the most important people within the Foundation and have the highest clearance of anyone, if these members want something done no one can tell them no.

Unspecialised Staff (exclude head of departments): Researchers, Security Personnel, Facility Personnel, Medical Personnel and Manufacturing Personnel, these are members of staff who have no specialty or separation in importance, they operate inside and outside facilities to provide assistance to staff.

Head of Departments: These members of staff ensure that personnel are doing what they should be, these people are high clearance and work to smooth the ranks of there fellow operators.

Surface Class: Civilian, Reporter, Mayor, Paramedic, Police Officer, Police Chief and Swat Units, these are members of society usually oblivious to the existence of the SCP Foundation, however if they find out it could cause trouble for the Foundation and could result in casualty although not very often.

Groups Of Interest: Chaos Insurgency, Serpents Hand, Church Of The Broken God, Marshall Carter & Dark and Global Occult Coalition, these are groups that oppose the Foundation, some groups are made up of anomalies or people with anomalous abilities, government officials, Ex Foundation members and anomaly hunters and SCP hunters, there main goal is to oppose the Foundation, gather intel and expose the Foundation and the harbouring of Anomalies or SCP's, even taking Foundation members hostage.

Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).: Yes, the basics and some internal rules.

Basic rules like Do not RDM and Do not minge are rules everyone understands however some people don't know about internal rules like metagaming and No intention to RP, I don't know a lot of internal rules but learning them wont be a problem.

I am keen to be a part of this communities staff and look forward to it however understand if this is denied.

Stated by the two posts above, this was advertised and proof has been given to support this claim. This is not only against the in-game/community rules, this is frowned upon in general.

The section "What is SCP-RP about" while not containing purely job descriptions, it's close to call such. 

Some others may have a different take on this but for now I am going to have to give a negative verdict.

To those who don't know about my trail mod phase it was before you would have been on the server, also I may have advertised my app but did also say people didn't have to look, I don't see why that becomes a problem when people can simply ignore that.

Furthermore I only never got past T-mod because of an in game trail that required me to deal with someone who was clearly minging, however was allowed to because it was his "RolePlay" meaning he can run about and minge in RP, seemed a bit contradictory but I am not arguing against it.

As far as memory servers me, in your tmod phase, you had the worst result that someone had in a long time, completely failing it.

And just now, you broke FearRP on the server, and gave the pathetic excuse of "They aren't RPing", while they were perfectly RPing their roles, you apprently just did not like they way they did, and so cried about it.

Just the taught of using that excuse while you are breaking rules, you fully knew existed, is insane, such people should not ever become staff.

If we give someone, who claimed random people are FailRPing essentially, for no reason (as you were unable to come up with one when I aksed you ), the abillity to warn and ban people, that wouldnt end well.

I would not ever trust you with any Staff rank again.

You could just give up here, and never think about applying for staff again

Or

You can think about what you do and how others experience you and your actions, after which you can start to be more positive,  cheerful, honest and inclusive with others while playing. 

You can try to change how you are, and then, with some work and time

You could become someone else than who you were before.

I did this exact thing

So I believe you can too if you really try

honestly lorex people dont like me and they dont really have a reason, and to be honest half of the people who have -1 this post Ive never even seen, including the admins. to be honest though Im used to it in W-G it seems no one likes anyone in here or maybe just no one likes me idk but I dont really care so they can say what they like

Just because someone -1 your post doesnt mean they "dont like you" if your app is preatty bad and everyone -1s it not knowing you it means that you need to fix it, you say that you are used to it but you are still acting kid in forums and trying to show that you are the victim and everyone else is bullying you. Also if you dont care then why do you complain of everyone not liking you ?

When I said I know how you feel, its because i do.

I felt that people didn't like me, even though we had fun RP'ing together.  Many people i dont see around didn't want me as staff.  

And yes, from my point of view from back then I thought I was against the world. 

So, regardless of fault or reason,  I decided to become friendlier and more approachable.  

I've experienced slander, and there are people still not happy about my current position. 

I'm not saying this is an easy fix, I took at least 6 months to change enough so people would notice. 

All I am saying is, I've been there,  trust me on that. So I know you can climb out of there as well, bit only if you decide to change. Nothing will happen if you choose to ignore it.
