Rate Your RP Skills: Due to my experience as the serpents hand (having created multiple characters with backstories, my negotiations and event participation as HoEA and my serious military-style Nu7 rp i think i have a good understanding of how to roleplay properly, i also take my job seriously and act as if i truly were that character when its a very serious job like the serpents hand in which i really become my role. I believe my rp skills to be good or very good, this is how i perceive it. If i went /10 i would say 7/10-8/10

 

What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-6 "The American"

Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Yes i have read the server rules many times and have them in my task bar at all times on chrome, i am also a moderator so i enforce the rules as well.

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): Due to my experience as foundation administration, earlier i played site director and moved on to ethics comittee when that was removed i moved toward HoEA and i have good experience with all of them, i think i am very versatile and can fulfill many roles as i have before, I have had great and good activity or performance on all my site administration and other whitelists, my activity and perfomance are frozen on great/great due to my perfomance (via 05-3 order). I believe my patience, sense of ethicality, and decision making required by the site administration roles which i have excelled at are proof of my worth in the O5 council.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: The Main difference of an O5 is their position, they outrank all of the site, noone is above an O5, this great power comes with great responsibility, you have to fulfill the site administration's role when they arent there, you attend all important meetings and you view important documents important to the roleplay or the server, The O5 does the job of all site administration for the site. The O5 council member oversees the entire site and makes sure everything is going well and intervenes when it is needed, in meetings, in decision-making, negotiations etc. However, the O5 isnt a frontline role, the O5's safety is of critical importance so he will stay back and only act if he believes it to be worthy of an O5's time.

What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is made up of the Overseers of the sites, the highest ranking of all site administration. These individuals have the complete control of the foundation. O5 council members know nearly everything there is to know, apart from secrets kept from specific members. A Regular foundation personnel member has a good chance of never even seeing a member of the O5 council, low ranking foundation personnel dont even know they exist. Most people outside the foundation also dont know they exist or have only heard rumors.  An O5 member is an intimidating person due to their importance and absolute control over nearly everything.

Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: I am not a job manager, general stasff in nu7 or a site director, i am however an HoEA, have played ethics and sd a lot before ethics was removed. I am an Nu7 NCO (1st Sergeant) and have been the rank of "Major" before the rework. 

What Departement would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...):
Any department is fine but i am interested the most in the other Site Administration roles, making sure they are doing their jobs well or seeing if they have any trouble or are causing trouble, 2nd mostly wanted by me are Ethical Matters.

Ok let us start with the application, you don't give us a rating of your RP skills but rather tell us what you did, don't mention the ethics committee I beg of you because we both know how your career ended there(blacklist) and if I wanted to know what color was your performance on a job I would ask for the spreadsheet. Other than that a normal application

For all I care you can become the owner of SCP RP and enforce rules all day long but in my eyes you will always be the same old Bango Captona. Also you fit combat oriented jobs more in all honesty such as Nu7 in which you are doing good.

I thought explaining how my performance is in rp oriented jobs was a good overview of my rp skills, you think differently, thats alright. Dont really see why there has to be so much hostility here but alright, You dont believe i have changed, but we haven't even met at all in rp or otherwise, i think we should have some interactions on the server before you decide who i am forever yknow, im doing good in my HoEA and me being blacklisted was never told to me, i guess it happened when i got banned and the ban was removed a day after.  The color of my performance directly links to my performance yknow, the question did relate to my rp skills which that shows. I guess i cant really change your mind though since as you said, i will always be bango captona in your eyes despite of everything i did to prove i wasnt. Thats alright

(Disclaimer: I personally don't leave negative reviews when I have other applications up, but since it's such a hot topic I feel as though I should I give my thoughts.)

- The app is meh, it's written weirdly (I'm assuming this is because English isn't your first language.) Some sections are extended for no reason, and from reading the app, it's clear you haven't read any O5 lore/tales, and aren't really familiar on what they do within the site on the server.

- From my personal experience, and reading your Site-Reps on the Administrative discord, I haven't seen anything notable that sticks you out as a prime candidate, with you spending most of your time "doing nothing", and for the brief moment that I recently saw you on HoEA, you literally just did /me has a heart-attack, in the middle of a meeting, and left the server. Outside of playing Foundation Administration, I've seen you do even dumber things, but I'm assuming you act more professional on Foundation Administration, so I won't count it. 

- I personally don't believe you fit what an O5 should be, you and 95% of the server. O5 is a special job, it has extreme downtime, you will have maybe around 40 mins of actually doing things out of a several hour session. Some people don't like this, and I have hunch you won't, and usually people that don't enjoy the job, will play the job incorrectly, by making the Foundation revolve around them for no reason, and doing jobs that other people already do. Now, I'm not saying you will be awful for the position or won't be amazing at it, but just from observing you and from what you said in your app, I can already tell you'll be a highly aggressive player and try to micro-manage everything and deal with useless stuff, like integrating GOI's or dealing with misbehaving lvl 3 and below Foundation units. 

- Your past record is still eye-opening, and I understand that people change, but I still see that you minge a little time to time, and the only thing I see to support you've changed is that you became staff, which is really a poor point, since if you notice a trend with the people who fuck up the server the most, also happen to be staff/of high ranking. So I don't know. Plus the fact of you being demoted off other site administration whitelist, and you not telling you were blacklisted from ECM is a bit sketch. 

 

Yeah, I understand that I wrote nearly an essay here, and reading this might take a minute and a half, and might cause outrage for some incels. But, I feel as though Bango should know what to improve on, and atleast justifies why I gave him a -1.

You bring up good points! Im more used to passive rp style non activeness than you think though, ive went on long actvitiy with HoEA before and well..apart from the occasional CI captured there wasnt much happening. I think i could handle the fact i dont get too much activity. I wont go into everything you said but ive read it. That time with the HoEA i had to leave server because i had to go out, aside from that i see where you are coming from when you say i would be too agressive, i guess i didnt express myself too well im not sure, if there is someone there who's job it is to do something, i wont do anything about it, you can also trust me when i say i wont be trying to deal with low ranking personnel as it isnt my job or necessary. I really thank you for the long feedback, i appreciate your honesty.<<

Yes, I agree with some people by your reactions you do seem a little like a "crybaby", whatever people want to call it since thats not my level of language.

Your application is roughly fine to me, theres a few flaws that were mentioned. Can't really give an opinion to you since I just started back on the server and probably barely saw you. Anyways, judging by the Comments you aren't a +1 or -1 to me.

First of all, Yes. Personal relations are a matter even though they are very "bias", thats why you should try to be on a good side with everyone you see/meet, basically my personal experience. Even though its "bias" you will always experience this in life and the best thing you should do is ignore such comments even if you are very responsive. Also, thats what I meant with people calling you a "crybaby", your reaction on this is what I assume makes you look like one.

Don't know if being staff gives you extra points for O5, but thats totally unjustified to me. Being a child doesn't always give you a reason to be inmature of a job, I generally think that if people get judged on age that we won't get far, people can be mature with young age. Missing mention of EC Blacklist? Well, I am reasonably suprised.

 

Also to add this. What the fuck is "Captona" I probably missed out on a while.

PME group and mingy family name,  captona used to like raid pd and stuff, people hated captona, captona got banned and thats that. Left captona and even while in captona i was just kinda part of it and got the same punishment as the real minges, thats also why i got unbanned a day after and im staff now so yea
