What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?:

O5-06 "Cowboy"

Male. European descent. American origin. Mid-40s. Long hair kept in a ponytail. Nearly always dresses in white suits, with a white Stetson "Boss of the Plains" cowboy hat, and carries a white cane with the handle carved in the shape of a wolf's head. Unknown significance, if any.Former top Foundation field agent; other details of prior identity unknown (probable wipe). Professional yet genial. Reputation for high competency. Plays something of a "jack of all trades" role within the Foundation, but focuses particularly on issues of Foundation security.

I have read,and understand all the rules of SCP-RP.

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): 

I believe I would be a good fit for the O5 Council because I am really good at decision making especially  under a lot of pressure. I can generally calculate,and come to what I think is the best outcome even if it is a short amount of time. I have had also guarded other members of O5 as a MTF Alpha-1,and I have seen how they handle situations,and I feel like I can evolve what they do while doing my own style. I also can bounce back if something fails,and will not give up on something if it fails. I also will not tolerate people acting unprofessional including higher Security Personnel,and site administration.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?:

The O5 Council votes on the most important matters of the facility.They will not go head first into a situation,and generally will just watch and shadow the facility . They might have to make tough decision,and will go to meetings with GOI or CI Leaders. I have previous experience in leadership(on different servers). I am generally a well spoke individual as well.

 

What is the O5 Council?:

The O5 Council/Command or The Overseers. Are the people who have complete control over the foundation. :Every O5 member is aware of virtually every part there's to know in regards to the Foundation and its activities. Between them all, they know each secret that the muse holds.All O5 Council members are human in origin, even when altered Later the fact. A minority of the O5 Council could have anomalous talents or traits, if studies are to be believed (in explicit studies on O5-1 and O5-2), but not one of the O5 Council are actuality benders, and more importantly of them are merely human… but people with entry to the Water of Life, and energy past imagining. Far excessive amount of power.The O5s not often intervene within the day-to-day processes of the Foundation, or the containment of SCP objects. They have a tendency to keep watch over Keter-Class objects, and virtually micromanage Thaumiels.But typically not often they will bounce into an apparently random Euclid- or Safe-Class object's documentation, and craft some abstract judgment with or with out explanation. Later all, no rationalization is required of them.O5 Council members are formally barred from coming into call with any anomalous entities. This is, naturally, not strictly right in practice. At minimum, all O5 Council members of enough tenure possess entry to SCP-006, a "fountain of youth". And that aside, O5s are likely to have the opportunity to bend rules, even their very own rules.. They create frequent use of physique doubles and different safety and disinformation techniques.

I am not the head of any department.

I would mainly focus of Security.

Searching for "Nerdinator", your steam name, on gametracker gives 1 result.(2 hour playtime)

On battlemetrics it is different,(5 hour playtime)
(0, 2, and 3 hours)

 

You recently decided to join the community after months without playing it. I'm not implying you lied about your hours on the application(probably am), you could've played before and left for a while. But instantly rejoining the server and trying to apply for a very high ranking position?

I'm not sure what you thought the best outcome here would be, getting accepted after being 2 days on the server?

I see on Atlas Uprising you tried the same thing, one week in, went for a staff application.

I also question if you copy pasted your application, looking at your application on Atlas Uprising is, odd to say the least.

I will point out small issues

- You misspell "Yes" somehow
- Random capitalizations("server I Can't remember")
- Commas not really used
- Grammar mistakes

Now if I were 21, these are mistakes I doubt most would make. Also, I realized you don't space after full stops then in another sentence you space after the full stop.

Also its Blogs not  B(space)logs

Now we all make mistakes as humans but the amount of mistakes in that application is not consistent with the age of 21. Obviously it differs compared to your current O5 application.  This was 5 months ago you could've changed, but again you said your age is 21.

You do have a mic so it's easy to dispute this claim.

I thank you both for your very detailed feed back.First I would like to start off with the reply to Johnwickisblack I understand my lack of playtime is there,and I haven't held anything higher than Alpha 1,but I will say I am a go getter I just saw an open rare opportunity then took it doesn't mean that I would say I am the most qualified,but newer eyes on the server might be good for a higher position.Johnwickisblack what questions do you feel weren't answer I can elaborate on it if you wish. I will in fact admit I did copy,and paste the description of the O5 Council memberlso I hope to meet you in game sometime to discuss,and just have a fun time.Now to Royal. I did indeed take a little break from this game,and from most games due to personal life issues. Honestly that is the best outcome,but isn't the outcome I predicted like  I stated previously I just went for it doesn't necessarily mean I would get. Secondly the Atlas Case is similar,but different I got recommended for I thought of someone high enough to so I went for it,but obviously I was mistaken. He was unsure,but I understand the ruling now. I am in fact 21 I can show identification I have through personal issue have always struggled with grammar,and spelling in general,and I have been trying to hopefully improve,and fix it. My opinion is now fully comment based.

 

So first of all, Yes. I have never seen you, your application is very detailed and you can see some effort. But then again, I am also very confused due to someone mentioning that parts were copied and you agreed to such, which already givse you a very bad point of view of the O5 Council. 

 

So, let me count up the comments that influenced me the most.

Yes, he is right. You don't reach some requirements. Which might already get you denied which you probably ended hope for at this point. And as you awnsered you did copy/paste text from other applicants.

and yes, you changed the subject from the required question quickly

 

 

Conclusion:

Afterall, I did say that your application was overall detailed and written with an effort. But, in reality after I read the comments it really is just a dissapointment of you how much time you wasted on this application rather then probably playing on the server to reach some requirements. Anyways, I do heavily encourage you to try again once you reached all requirements you look like a worthy member, don't throw it all away this soon.

Hello Just Ben  hopefully everything is going well with you today.For your first comment I think it might be more of lack of playtime then anything not so much my remarkable in the role.Your Secondary comment I can agree with that I need to spend more time in the community,and playtime,and I am working on that as I speak. I didn't copy from any application at all when I mention that I got the description of the O5 member(Not a requirement) from the wiki,and pasted it here for everyone,but previous application from the past have done the same that have been accepted.I may not reach some of the requirement,but like I previously mention I am a go getter,and was just shooting my shot need it be accepted nor denied.  Also with the required question one I accidentally put that in that field even though it fitted there it was meant for the question above it I did it in a sporadicorder in which sometimes helps me think. I think your conclusion does bring a lot of insight to the situation,and I will probably try again once the time has raised of an opportunity like this again. If you  have more points or questions it will be faster to reach me at discord at Nerdinator#6969 I will respond faster there.

Errr, I suppose I'm with the large -1 opinion here.
You really have a small amount of playtime and community presence. Especially for O5, these are needed. While your break for personal reasons is completely valid, rather get acquainted with the community again before applying for something like this.
