Event Plan:

 

Create an event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template):

Phase 1.

Commando droid (base HP, 10)

 

Phase 2.

All commando droids are switched to B1 Heavys

 

Jedi EC

Sith Warrior (150k HP, 2)

 

Passive EC

Captured Jedi Knight (10k HP, 1)

 

Republic Execution

Phase 1.

Clone spawns are set on the Mansion outside the town. Briefing is held explaining the situation to the clones. After briefing the clones head towards the town. All but one entrance will be closed by rayshields. The clones will meet resistance at that entrance, where droids will have barricades and turrets. After breaking into the town clones will have to fight for the streets and buildings. At the end they will reach the HQ which after taking phase 1 will come to an end

 

Phase 2.

Last stand begins!

/advert CIS fleet enters orbit cutting republic reinforcements

All the ECs will be switched to B1 Heavy Droids and spawn set outside the town. The clones will have a short amount of time to set up some barricades and organise themselves. The entrance at the HQ will be rayshielded but the other two will be open. Leading battalion will organise regiments to defend the entrances. They will hold that until overwhelmed and start retreating. When not much clones are left, the battalion will call for defcon 1 and evacuate.

 

EC Execution:

Phase 1.

The ECs will be told to wait at the entrance for the clones. As the clones push inside the town so will EC spawns change to keep combat dynamic and fluid. Their spawns will slowly shift towards the HQ where after that they will be changed to B1 Heavy Droids.

Phase 2.

Spawns will be set outside the town and they will be told to attack the town. If it goes on for too long, and they cannot penetrate the defences some may be given better weapons.

Jedi:

Jedi event will mainly take place outside the town near the HQ. The EC will have a camp setup with the captured Jedi knight in a cage. The reason he was captured is because they collect force sensitive items and they wanted his lightsaber. After a little talking the Jedi find out the have holocrons and other force items. The Jedi have 2 problems to solve, freeing the knight and getting the holocrons. Theres a plethora of ways to accomplish this mission. The ending is non linear and is solely based on how the Jedi decide to handle the situation.

 

 

Clone Story:

Republic has received intel that an invasion force has landed on Naboo, an important planet for the republic. The clone army is dispatched to repel the invasion force. Heavy resistance is to be expected

 

 

Jedi story:

The Jedi have received an emergency distress signal from a Jedi knight, stating that he has been captured and is held hostage on the planet of Naboo. Before he can give more details the comms are disrupted. The Jedi are on their way to investigate.

Do you understand the responsibilities a event-planner has? If so, what are they?: Event planners are responsible for making events on a weekly basis. They are meant to be up to quality standards and of course fun for both sides. Other than that they are not meant to do staff duties, only exceptions are made when there is no staff available.

Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: I completely understand

Its a solid event for both Jedi and Clone and it has a good story. I like the open ending for the Jedi event especially. I think you would do really well as an EP so good luck :))
