Event Plan:

 

 

Create an event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template):

 

Map: Naboo City

 

Clone ECs

Commando Droids (Base HP, 5)

B1 Heavy droids (Base HP, 6)

 

Jedi EC

Sith Items Trader (Sith ,150k HP)

Sith Grunt (200k HP, 1-2)

 

Republic Execution

Clone spawns will be set outside the city, battalion will hold briefing informing the clones about the objective. Clones will then start advancing toward the city where they will be greeted by CIS forces on the entrances. Battalion will order GH regiments to scale the walls and engage the CIS defences on multiple fronts. After pushing through the entrances, clones will have to retake the streets and buildings with droids attacking on multiple fronts. After battling on the streets the last the last of the droids will be holding the HQ. The clone forces will have to mount a attack and break into the HQ and clear it of all droids. After that a short defcon 4 and debrief soon thereafter

 

EC Execution

The biggest entrance near the HQ will be blocked with a rayshield giving the republic only 2 entrances into the City. The commando and Heavy droids will not have the same spawn points giving a feel of combat on multiple fronts. Their spawn points will slowly move throughout the city giving momentum to the fighting. Last life will be at the HQ when republic forces push in. The ECs may be given additional equipment and weaponry, but all that depends the the flow of combat .

 

Jedi EC

There will be like a market with stalls and such displaying force items, like holocrons and kybercrystals. The Sith items trader will be the brain of the organisation and the grunts will be like security. The Jedi are free to try any tactic they want to get the items back into their hands as the EC will be given a lot of freedom as how to act and roleplay.

 

Clone story

CIS forces have occupied the peaceful planet of Naboo. The people of Naboo have sent a cry for help, pleading the republic to free the planet from the Separatist grasp. The republic has been dispatched to destroy the CIS forces and return the planet into the hands of the Republic and free the people of Naboo.

 

Jedi Story

Reports from the citizens of Naboo have grasped the Jedi attention. Apparently a black market with force items has been set up on the planet, anyone with these items in their possesion is a hazard for other people and themselves. It is of the utmost importance that this market be disassembled and the items returned to the trained Jedi hands

Do you understand the responsibilities a event-planner has? If so, what are they?: Event planners are responsible for making events on a weekly basis. They are meant to be up to quality standards and of course fun for both sides. Other than that they are not meant to do staff duties, only exceptions are made when there is no staff available.

 

Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: I completely understand
