1. FailRP "used /me to kill self to get out of rp group" 

This was early in my time on server back when B1. I was binging HoEA and was on for like 14 hours and was really irritated and got done with an interrogation and Puggo was doing Puggo things and cuffed me for "insulting officer on duty." I was really tired so tried to do a /me to kill myself and got warned for it while in cells.

2. Model Change without perms

I wanted to change my GOC pm and name to be female to do "roleplay." I had asked Plague who was SMT because of him being event manager and did it but got warned and kicked after by ludwig because I "didnt get perms to change my PM." I've moved past this warn after the little "argument" I had with ludwig. I say argument but really it was pretty much nothing.

3. Prop Minge [ban]

I honestly do not remember this at all. Other then it being early in my time I think.

4. [RDM] Killed someone without knowing they were Foundation.

I was a CI infil and was going on a killing spree with scp nades and the vector and walked into 913 and saw a ??? character who was using the O1's PM and I killed him but got pulled into a sit because I "didnt know he was foundation." I got warned for it but like many of my warns I moved past it.

5. Pac3 Abuse

I was showing off Pacs on surface in front of people and after I was done cleared my pac selection and left. But apparently the thing bugged out and kept my pac up and I later got warned by Joshy for Pac abuse. This one is also bullshit but eh I've also moved past it.

6. Metagame and RDM

I think this one was back when I was still kinda new still idk. I think it was when someone was CI infil and killed when I was a security guard I think and killed him after. Still I honestly do not know about this one and the next 2.

7. Fail Breach

I think this was when I ran out of 035's CC and possessed someone but like the other one I honestly don't know about this one again.

8. Metagame

Again with no description in the warning's name I don't know the context to say what happened sadly.

9. FearRP

Was warned for trying to break out of cuffs while under gunpoint like literally everyone else who has a warn for FearRP.

10. Propminge

This was I think again back when I was new(since I can't see the year of a warning). It was right before a Nu-7 Commander tryout that I wanted to be apart of and before it the tryout started(like it was 20 minutes until it started) decided to fuck around and spawned bathtubs and started to kill myself cause I had nothing to do at the time before the tryout.

Any previous or current staff experience?

I was previously a Head admin on the now shutdown/reforming "Omni-games" but left shortly after cause of the poor decisions made by the owner involving the servers direction. I was a T-mod for Atlas Uprising(it was ok but roleplay can only go so far) and a Trial Event Coordinator for them as well but left after cause most of the events that they do involve basically puting  everyone on the server in a box and spawn HL2 enemies for 10 minutes then do "Roleplay." Now while I don't like them I don't atlas as their type of server is for certain people but when an entire server is based on roleplay and being nice it starts to get stale to the normal person.

Why should we pick you?(200 Word Min):

I've been on the server for 3 or so weeks on and off for about 2-3 years so I've been here for a while to see how the server has transformed and I can see that it needs roleplay and something new. I am very creative when I'm given new ideas and information. This is good because the SCP universe is constantly evolving and is never stagnant with new SCPs, stories, and lore being added all the time. I've been in the SCP community for 4-6 years and I know a lot of information about SCP in general and using that I can make creative and new events that people might like. I (surprisingly) can be serious when I need to be and can roleplay very well if I'm put in a situation if I need to so I can perform and host events really well. I've also had a massive amount of ideas for events but I was always discouraged because there are so many types of people on the server. You have the "RP" heavy O5s, PvP heavy Nu-7, (minge) guerrilla style CI, and now with ??? it was really hard to think of them but since I've been on the server and basically live on the discord I know the general mentality the server's playerbase and now know how to include others into events and make them invested in what I'm doing. I really want to give them all something that they can use to either expand their character or enjoy being apart of in general and I know that if I get added that I can provide that to them because of my "BIG BRAIN." TLDR I want to be an Event Planner to give other people a good experience on this server and be more invested in it as well and use my massive imagination to give something back the the server I spent a whole lot of time on.

Your event plan:

The background of this is that a god called Ovis comes to play around. See Ovis is a sort of greater god and well Ovis City is his little playground. he set it up for entertainment and he is happy that he did as the enjoyment of seeing mortals fight, argue, and being complete idiots amuses him to no end. He always adds more things to the city to spice things up. From new groups of interest to new MTF units he always wants fun(kinda like Loki from Norse mythology but with a lot more power). No one knows who he is as even though he brings them back to life they always forget what happened to them to that point as it brings new situations that greatly amuse him. He resurrects people who have died within the territory that he control's called "Ovis City" to a previous area they were at in his territory. The people he resurrects have no memory of how they died or what happened to them and they resume their lives as normal and never suspect anything. Due to this absolutely no one knows who he is due to basically no information existing about him anywhere other then in the minds of people he got lazy with when resurrecting and have gotten glimpses of him.

This won't be a true "plan" in the sense of the word as events can be derailed from player influence. This will just be parameters of what the event will have happen in it then a laid out plan.

After sooo much time of being silent and operating behind the scenes the Greater God "Ovis" appears to spice up his nice little town. He knows about Foundation despite how "hard" they try to not be noticed and about every other group. The GOC with their mass anomaly murder. The MC&D with their shady deals and the Chaos Insurgency with their sporadic and somewhat idiotic movements "behind" the scenes. He's grown tired of the stagnation that has happened and has entered to have some fun with people of the town. He plans to just annoy and (probably) play deadly pranks on people to see what they plan to do against him. The "oh so mighty" Overseers Council of the foundation is one of his targets with their "I'm better then you" attitude and even funnier reactions. He'll mess with everyone from the lowly little civilian to the "powerful" Nu7 to even the little (braindead) Class-D.

This is just an iteration of what hanz did with the laughing skeleton event. Since I don't really know how to please many people I just thought that it would be good to play as well myself. A loud idiot who messes with people for fun.

Instead I might do a sort of Schrodinger's cat entity event that involves the Research team and Research RP to stop the event from happening/getting worse. Since it's a quantum mechanics thing it'll require the Research team to work out a solution while the character messes around. 

Again like my last app I do not see myself getting accepted but if I do I promise to SMT and the staff team that I will not abuse the power given to me with this role. Along with that I will not overstep the boundaries that Event Planner has involving players breaking rules as that is mainly for Staff Members to deal with and not Event Planners. 

Please any and all types of criticism (other then calling me a dirty fat american{I'm looking at you bakur}) will be good to help me better myself in the eyes of the community.

The event sound confusing I know. It was made to be a sort of "SMT" kinda of event to explain the goings on in the city. If it's too complicated I have plans to do a sort of Schrodinger Cat sort of event.

I like the idea of involving the whole server in event from Nu7 to Class Ds, usually only certain groups get to participate but this one would be really cool.

So nothing is real and it's all controlled by a puppetmaster called ovis

If so this strays so far from what SCP is that there's no point in calling this an SCP event , it's just something you could add to any RP server , An all mighty entity that has been actually controlling everything from behind , no GOI is real , neither is the foundation , it was all created by a simple guy cause he felt like it.

This should be the base of every event and it's good that you acknowledge this

I'll be outright I don't see how this would be a good event , you just go around and fuck with people using admin powers , is there a point to it? , is there a way to research the cause of this and/or find a way to contain it ?

 

It's a simple event but i believe you need something more to impess people into thinking you would be a good event planner

+1 I really like the idea of "Ovis". That he is the one behind everything. You turn stuff from OOC like NLR into IC. Also as stated befor by other people your event involves everyone. From Class-d to O5.

As I said to kinqu. The event sounds very complicated as I was trying to find a way to make all of the SCP stuff make sense. I already have plans as I said for a sort of Schrodinger's Cat entity sort of event that is the precursor to something else. The event was made to have a big entity controlling it because at the time the only thing that I could think of to cause all of this ooc stuff is a god with a massive amount of power. God that actually makes me think about new events ideas now. Thanks for the feed back mate.
