Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak:

Yes I do own a microphone. I do use it to communicate as it is a requirement for hierarchy. If the server would become laggy to a point where my microphone would be way too hard to understand I would communicate by typing.

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since:

I joined the server 28th of February 2020 and I have had a few short LOA’s.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, SW-RP Discord and our forums:

I use all three daily.

Both fall under FailRP when I was messing around with a friend as mouse droids when I first had bought Plat VIP on the server. I have been kicked from the server for being AFK when the server has been full. That was a few months after I had actually started to play the server seriously and I have learned to not do it again.

State the role of staff on the server:

The role of staff on the server are to ensure that the servers players are able to enjoy a safe and fun time on the server. Of course this means that to make sure no players break server rules or that staff help players with different trusted tasks such as spawning vehicles, handing out weapons or ammunition etc.

Yes and yes.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

Yes, understandably If I were to not be fit for staff it is perfectly understandable to boot me out with a reason.


Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

First I would respond to the claim and ask that player if they have any clue who the person might be, or who he has killed. Hopefully by now I should have a good idea to find out who is killing people randomly with logs. If I would spectate the said person and to see if they are in a RP situation, like cuffed in brig for golden rule. After the players were done with the situation I would go to that person, explain to them that I will be punishing them accordingly for Random Deathmatch. If the person had killed one clone I would simply warn them however if the player had killed more than one person I would deal an appropriate punishment whether it be a kick or a ban for MRDM.

However, if that person is not in an active situation I would bring them somewhere secluded for a sit to explain to them why they’re getting warned.


2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would ask for battalion to order NCO+ to go and train said cadet, however if it would take too long I would bring myself to the cadet and bring a NCO+ to train him. If that NCO+ were to be doing something else with their own regiment, for example a training or if they were AFK,  I would bring the NCO+ back and bring someone else qualified to train the cadet.


3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I would do nothing as it most likely was an accident, what I would do is that I would remind them that they should be more careful next time.


4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

If I were to be in the SOD role I wouldn’t do anything as SOD is a OOC role. If I were any rank above the rank of 2nd LT and as not SOD I would remind them that they should salute me and anyone else above the rank of 2nd LT.


5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I would explain to him why what he was doing was FailRP and warn him for FailRP, additionally an explanation on personal initiative on establishing what is FailRP and what is not since not everything in the rules are stated obviously since the list would be very long. I would then also remind them that attempting to find loopholes is not allowed and will result to further punishments.


6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would explain to said person that I wouldn’t stay there to argue with him since that would waste my time when I could be doing something else, like responding to other claims. Also I would tell him that he can request a unwarn / unban on the forums if he believes it was unjustified, and give him a link to the forums.



Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I believe firstly that I am very dedicated and mature as I have been a vice commander for 212th for over six months. Also before reaching a hierarchical position I was very active getting on nearly daily to play. Another thing to add to my activity is that since I am a few hours ahead of UK time I am able to get on slightly earlier than others to assist in staff duties when there might not be other staff online.

As I am part of a regiment hierarchy I believe that I am very hard working and active as I have proven to be for reaching a hierarchical position in 212th, and I am proud to say that I have tried my very best to run the regiment in the best way I can be it hosting sick trainings or doing hierarchical duties. Also, by reaching a position in hierarchy I am setting a good example for the regiment which is one of the core responsibilities for a staff member to have. With of course helping run a regiment I do also have experience in dealing with unpleasant people which I have no trouble with, also assisting any member in any way I can. One of my goals on the server is to make sure anyone I talk to is having a good interaction with me or my regiment whether that person is in 212th or not.

I believe that I am also quite friendly and can get along with people quite well additionally I am able to also be un-biased in my thinking which is what I believe is one of the important features a staff member can have. One thing that I always try to do is to avoid fights and drama as I really don’t enjoy taking part in any of that and don’t want to hold grudges since I believe everyone no matter what is here to have some good time. If someone were to have a problem with me I would prefer to talk to him about it and have a meaningful chat where we both can settle our differences aside. Of course this means I am additionally willing to always receive constructive criticism and improve from that.

Dont know you too well except you kicking me out of a 74th training when I was a sage when I was told I could be there and also arguing with 327th in OOC

Has shown great dedication to 212th as Hierarchy even when it was not necessary. 
I will defend him on the 327th arguing which was honestly my fault in doing so and Hogus telling me to shush it. Showing that he is mature and level headed enough to take a staff role.

Hogus is a really good guy, can keep a cool head and tries to get everyone involved. Is very active as well. I believe he is a good candidate for staff.
