Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:
I would first teleport to the player in cloak to see if they were still shooting people and quickly check Blogs. If it appears that CT was shooting clones I would bring him to a sit and ask why did it and warn him for RDM. If it appears that the player was lying i would doubled check logs to see if was another ct at all and if it wasn't give him verbal warning not to make fake claim or he will be punished.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would first teleport to the CC and tell him that I will get someone. If it was a base attack/ planetary or no Battalion online I would teleport   a NCO to Cadet area  or if their isn't one pick the next lowest on. If their was a Batt online I would teleport to them and say that a NCO need to be sent to Cadet area. 

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I would personally not warn the CT for ARDM as if I knew it was on accident their no real point as its not attempted . I would remind the CT that you don't have weapons out in debrief or in defcon 5 situations and if it happens again he would  be warned.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

I would just personally remind the CT that he must salute to 2nd LT or higher but I personally couldn't care less if someone saluted me or not.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I would say the rules also consists of common sense and the rules don't cover ever specific thing that is fail rp. I would still warn the guy and tell him not to do it again and if he continued to do it ban him for NH2RP

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would say to them  very simply if you don't agree with the punishment to post a unwarn request on the forums and them simply return them.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

The reason I think that I stand out is that I'm very active in the community and know a lot of the staff members and are good friends with them. I also know how to deal with sits as I have been staff on other servers before and have obtained high ranks on them. I will not need as much training as I know all the commands already and how to deal with sits. For example, if I'm in a sit and player A won't let Player B talk, I would tell player A to be quiet, and if he didn't stop, I would warn him for ignoring staff. This means that player B can tell their side of the story.  I would be a highly active staff member and will be on most days for long periods of time. This means I can deal with lots of sits and make the community a good place. I have also been on the WG SWRP server for 1 year and 9 months and seen it develop from then to now. I can also provide a better place and provide the best experience for a player who is either old or new. To keep WG the best server I will offer the best experience possible each and every day so that they keep coming back and so that they tell their friends. I am also someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Also, I am not biased toward my friends or anyone else and I will not interrupt anyone else sit to try to get the outcome I want. I have also been trust on quite occasions to completely run one of the events and give a lot of ideas to EP when they don't know what to do.

I highly doubt that you would not be biased towards anyone in staff sits. The fact that you, for example, tried to get me falsely warned twice because you didn't like me, for me at least, proves my point.
You can sometimes be immature and you misunderstand some things often, that other uninvolved people understand. You recently got a strike in jedi for toxic behaviour and you have also been doing some dodgy things like cheating on an EP Interview or faking jedi trainings in the very recent past which does not fill me with confidence about you being staff.
