Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would check logs to see who was doing it and then I would punish them accordingly.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: If they haven't adverted they need a trainer I would tell them to advert it, and then if no one comes I would bring a NCO.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Verbally warn them and tell them just to be more careful.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Tell them that they are supposed to salute a 2nd LT plus because they may have not learned that in cadet training.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Tell them that it's common sense not to do that. 

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Gag them and punish them accordingly.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): The reason I believe I deserve staff on SWRP than others is because I know that as staff you must do a good job of helping maintain a server and making it fun for the players and I know that as a staff you must be 100% not biased on any nonrp situations no matter who it involves. I have been staff on servers before and I have read through the rules thoroughly and understand each of the rules, and I know that I can help other people in the server if they do not understand the rules and I can balance between school and staff very easily and I can be on almost everyday and if I ever can't be I will let the staff team know. It would also be beneficial because I would be a staff member in a separate time zone and could monitor people's actions on the server later at night than others. I would communicate with the players and the other staff members to help make the server better, I would also spend a lot of time on the server and make sure that the players enjoy it. I will also treat everyone as an equal, not as an inferior just because I have staff. I will not abuse my power as a staff member and I will respect everyone on the server. I will give the server as staff the best I can so I can further help the server grow and prosper. Newer players I will teach them if they need help and of course enforce the rules. I will also give people punishments no matter who they are or what rank they are on the server. I think that I should join the staff team so that I can help make Werewolf Gaming SWRP Garry's Mod server grow and prosper for ages.

- Very short and low effort answers to the questions regarding how you would handle different situations as a staff member.

- Low rank in clone and in Jedi (He has been promoted 3 times and it´s not that difficult to reach the rank of Knight in my opinion.) He also did some pretty questionable things after leaving DU.

- You seem like a great guy and it would be nice to have someone on at night but I still think you need to reach a higher rank in either Jedi or Clone to show both dedication and that you can be trusted. You also need to up your playtime because even though you´re active, you still have a low playtime compared to everyone else and a tip is also to get more well-known so people know and can trust you.
