so I'd say gain some more experience before applying for SD, for now it'll be a -1 from me

You can request 3114's WL and 073's WL but I'm gonna go on a whim and say you won't be able to receive AR's WL due to you buying the package before AR was introduced.

For the rest of the jobs you will have to apply for them and fill out their requirements such as a week or so of game time, have minimal amount of warns, etc etc
