Why should the offender/offenders be banned?: Unfortunately these two lads did an LTARP after getting caught being naughty. The events went as follows:

They were caught in the GR, a CL5 area where nobody online could possibly grant clearance
104th Wallah switch from 104th to cadet and back (Job abuse)
104th COOTER (Cotter) was caught and restrained by Jedi Watcher Paradox
104th COOTER left the game after stating they would leave (LTARP)
104th Wallah fired upon and killed a fellow 104th PVT who was outside of the HQ ( PVT Klzovrwtch)
104th Wallah left (LTARP)

Yeah they blatantly went into the GR in front of us and then when they were aos Wallah switched to cadet and Cooter managed to escape lmao and then when cooter got cuffed he basically just had like a 3 minute argument with me and Kenway and then he left and we heard wallah mow down the 104th PVT and when we went to arrest him he disconnected (Edit: There was also a CG CPL and another watcher who was also there)

Can you provide more evidence on TRP Wallah, as right now all you have is a screenshot of him changing jobs which isn’t really enough evidence for a ban.

I dont have evidence but i was online before that happend and those 2 104th were prop minging (not spelled right i know) and they tried to give an other 104th PVT Klzovrwtch the blame

Ok then this will be partially accepted. The person from the video will be banned for LTARP however the other person from the screenshot will not due to lack of evidence.
