I've been player since the server came out, and I use to play on the old W-G SWRP server.

I use the Teamspeak everyday and i use the discord often.

I have never been punished OOC. I have a few warnings from 2017 from Graham (Harry) for reason "Idiot"

Former Staff Questions (Remove these if you have not been staff on our server before):

 

1 ) For how long were you a staff member on SW-RP: Security Staff for about a year

 

2 ) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team: Security staff

 

3 ) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why: When jailbreak shut down I lost all my Security staff ranks

 

4 ) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member: Nothing I was perfect 

 

5 ) How have you improved since you left the staff team: I have stayed pretty much the same, it would be hard to get any better I was perfect last time.

 

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I would JailTP the player who is being accused into an OOC area away from any RP, I would then bring in the player accusing him. Then I would check logs to see if this was true, then I would ask the person RDMING why he did it. If he does not provide a valid rp reason i would issue a ban depending on the amount of players he killed.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

If a cadet asks to be trained in admin chat I would TP to him and explain to him that he needs to use /advert instead. I would also tell him how to set his name up in the proper cadet way, providing he hasn't already done this. If a few minutes go by and he still has no trainer I would encourage players a high enough rank to go train him, if not i would switch to my clone job and train him myself. 

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

Leave it to CG, this sounds like it would be better handled as an in-character situation. 

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

Personally im not a nazi so i would not care, but if someone complains about him not saluting them i would tell them that as that is an IC action there is not anything i could do to punish him. 

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

Depending on what they did I would argue that the rules state to use common sense.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would advise them to either come onto teamspeak and privately we would have that debate, or I would tell him to go to the forums and make an appeal. 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I believe I would make a better staff member the other applicants because I have 6 years of history staffing Garry's mod servers. During this time I have extensive knowledge of the ULX system and even the more reason SAM system. Despite being portrayed as a minge or a troll, I have achieved high ranks in this community which shows that I am a dedicated staff member and will take my role seriously. I have no in character rank and aspire only to play staff on duty as I believe this is what Garry's mod fun. This means I will spend the majority of my time staffing the server and ensuring that the rules are being followed. As well as staffing experience, I have LOTS of minging experience. This means I know the full extent of the rules, how to follow and break them. This means that I know every possible loop hole, and how to punish a player accordingly.  This minging experience means I am well aware of the punishment guidelines. I am a soft voiced, easy to speak to gamer boy, this means I am approachable by new players and can be very helpful, and a good asset to the staff team. I am un bias and know how to take an even and balanced position on any staffing scenario. I have also heard you guys are currently in the market for a new Vice Manager. I have proven to be very active both in game and on teamspeak, i have over 11,000 hours in garry's mod and intend on doubling this number in the next 1.25 years. 

 

Requirements:

- You must be an active member of the community on Discord / TS. ✓

- You must have 10 or fewer warns. ✓

- You must not be banned when you apply. ✓

- You must not advertise your application in any way. ✓

- You must not copy anything from other applications. ✓

- You may not edit your application without permission from a Hierarchy member. ✓

- You may not just copy-paste a previous application that you have filed. ✓

- Only reply to your application if you need to specify something. Unnecessarily spamming/bumping your application will get it denied. Do not engage in grovelling under your application (posting thank you for reading my application every time someone posts etc.) ✓

- If you are denied, you must wait a minimum 4 weeks before applying again. ✓
