How can i apply for COG

Hi i dont know how to apply for a thread from GOC can some one please tell me or show me that will be very helpfull thank you.

GOC isn't on the server currently, so therefore there is no way to apply for it. You may have just seen a suggestion, please read the tags on top to see if it's accepted or not.

I'm confused, is this for cog or GOC, as the title and text contradict each other. 

 

GOC isn't coming to the server. 

And for cog, either wait for apps to open or play convert well enough to potentially get an invite.
