I was a member of DU Hierarchy for over two months and also was a CMDR (not the best one i'd say), but I think I still might get it, i mean i helped alot in many regiments in general (Reached SO in CE and was 244 days only in DU for example), also helped at some bugfixes (one of them is in the forum) and admintests ingame etc. No clue if you think that I'm worthy of having it but at least I can try.
