What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: If I get accepted into the staff team I would do my best to help players and the server whenever possible.

Why do you stand out among other candidates: I am dedicated to the server and I will be willing to take criticism from anyone who gives it to me. I am willing to learn new things and become the best staff member I possibly can.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): I think you should pick me for staff because I have high playtime on the server and I am a dedicated member of the community and I have been here for over a year now. I have also achieved multiple high ranks while I have been on the server. I am also very active meaning I would be able to take claims often and leave none ignored. I am a very friendly person and I can also take a joke every now and again. With the amount of playtime I have, I have learned the rules well.

I also know a lot of ULX commands as I mess around with them in singleplayer games every now and again and this will be useful when being staff on the server. I am also a quick learner so if there is a command I don't know I am willing to learn how to use it.

I would take being a staff member very seriously and wouldn't be afraid to punish those who break the rules. I always listen to both sides of the argument before taking action, to make sure that I don't wrongfully ban someone. I also hope to help new players learn and understand how to RP.

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: I do.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: I wouldn't do anything if I was playing as the SOD job as I am not an IC rank.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would apologise to SMT  for not being able to do my duties and I would try even harder the next week to make up for it.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If I didn't like someone I would just stay away from them to not start any conflict between us, or I would confront them about it and we could try and sort out our problems.
