I joined July 2019 and had a 'break' being perma banned

 Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I would listen to him then check logs to make sure hes not telling any porkies then if he was indeed correct, warn him for RDM, If he kept on doing it or killed more than just one I would ban him the correct amount of time (MRDM-5 days)

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would TP to him and explain a trainer is most likely on his way, I will then see if no one turns up for another minute I would tell the highest battalion to call someone to train him. If no battalion on I will tp a CPL+ to train him.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

Nothing just keep watching netflix as it is a in character issue. He will etiher be arrested or warned

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

If he doesnt salute me i dont use staff perms and walk on. (can flex my rank and remind him to salute me but realistically no one cares)

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

I would tell the offender, 'Just because its not in the server rules doesnt mean you can do it'. Then punish him accordingly.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

 If he doesn't agree I would ask him to use forums and let SMT decide. If he keeps pestering and complaining I would warn him for not listening to staff.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

So Most people may know me from GM when I was a Vice commander or maybe when I was battalion, I was serious and showed I can take responsibilities but others may know me from getting perm banned. The ban was fair but since returning to the server I have gained a high Rank of Commander and showed that I am no longer being a minge with only 1 warn since returning (due to new RP rules 'Fear RP' of which I called the admin on myself due to me being confused) I am here to stay and not minge. I hope that I can rectify how I am perceived and this would be a great opportunity to do this. Staff will also allow me to help people out and a new aim for logging on and keeping me interested. I have been a member of this community for 2 years and now am interested to be a part of the staff team and see what this is all about and have fun. The main reason I should get staff is that I am a high rank and and showing dedication to the server we all enjoy and want to help people out by being staff. Staff will also let me meet people and spread positivity and help new players out

I completely understand if I don't get staff due to amount of bans however although I was banned a lot I only received 4 warns in total (0 active warns). I want a chance to show that I have changed from being a minge and hopefully have fun whilst doing it.
