How well do you speak and understand English?: I speak English just as well as my primary language Dutch. I might make some spelling mistakes every now and then and pause to find sudden words, but my understanding of the English language is pretty good in my opinion, especially while typing.

Do you have a microphone?: Yes I do. I usually don't use my microphone, since I don't live alone and it often bothers the other people inside my house. If I use it, it's mostly during the evening (CEST time).

Do you have TeamSpeak ( Required )?: Yes I do. It's been a while since I have used it, so I might not fully know how to use it, but I’ll get the hang of it over time.

Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum): I have a total playtime of 1360+ hours on Garry's mod. I always tend to follow the rules as well as possible, sometimes even so much that it annoys the people who don't strictly follow all the rules. I have enjoyed every moment of playing on the server up to this day, and it’s one of the fewer game modes, let alone games, that I genuinely can keep playing. You should take me as staff member because I am a honest person, I often give people a second chance and try to view situations from both sides of the people who get involved. I try to be respectful towards other players at all times, even if they don’t act respectful towards me or other players. I already have called admins to help over for a bunch of times because of people ruining the roleplay experience, and personally I would love helping out to keep the people like me enjoying the server as much as possible.
I feel like I would be from great value to the staff team because of my knowledge of the game, my experience on the server, my honesty and forgiveness towards people who make mistakes. I have seen other staff members in action and I show much respect towards them, as they make my experience on the server way better.
I speak both English and Dutch very well, I understand French pretty well and a bit of German too. This can help during admin sits when someone doesn’t speak English very well. I also have quite a bit of personal contacts within the server that know me well.

How long will you be able to play per day?: This depends on the time I have free bound to my studies. For the moment I will be able to be online for a couple hours a day. On more busy weeks I probably won’t be able to come on the server each day, nor spend hours on the server. I’ll try to come online as much as possible, but I still take priority to my studies, my friends and family. When I’m not able to come on for a while, I will try to let the other staff know though.

Any past experience as staff?: Not on servers of this game, although I have hosted a few servers on Minecraft (yes very unrelated), but at least the other staff on those servers appreciate me as their owner. I feel like I do a great job at managing the servers on there, and I hope I can archive the same while being staff for the SCP-RP server.

Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): I haven’t gotten any warns or bans so far. I have been notified in the past though to stop one of my actions, which was playing the piano through my mic. This was considered as micspam, which I didn’t know back then. When they told me to stop, I did stop immediately though.

Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No: I don’t think I know them no. I haven’t heard about the term ULX, but I am willing to learn them if needed.

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): Yes I do. SCP-RP is a roleplay version of the horror game/lore about the SCP-foundation breach. The roleplay location is situated in a facility of the SCP-foundation, where they store various SCP’s to prevent them from causing terror in the normal world. SCP stands for ‘Secure, Contain and Protect’ which are the 3 basic actions of the foundation to keep the SCP’s contained. The facility within the SCP-RP is located underneath a city, where a mayor and civilians live, not aware of the SCP-foundation whatsoever. Other major roles within the SCP-RP community, besides the foundation personnel, are the Chaos Insurgency (CI), who try to become stronger using the secrets of the SCP’s, which can lead to bad results, both for the foundation members and the SCP’s. The other important group is the D-class personnel, which are prisoners or people who are disposed by the law for knowing too much information, that get taken into the facility to be used as test subjects on the SCP’s.
The SCP-RP itself is a dynamic roleplay system where these different roles interact with each other in a realistic manner, by events such as SCP-breaches, escaping D-class, defending hacks, inspecting anomalies etc.

Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).: Yes I do. I have read the rules from section 1 all the way to 7.22.3 (it took me 30 minutes to read it all). I do have one exception of a rule I don’t fully understand, which is rule 2.12 about DDoS (I don’t know the meaning of it). I do have a bookmark to the list of rules pinned on my chrome browser home page, so that I have a quick way to look up certain rules whenever I shouldn’t be sure about one.

I understand your concerns Mr. Haze, and I am indeed not the most experienced person when it comes to enforcing rules, but I am always open to learn things. After all I don't really mind if my application gets denied because I would need more experience. I'll still enjoy playing as much as before.
