What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:

I aim to achieve a friendly, RP friendly environment where new and old players can continue/have fun on the server, whilst remaining within the rules that are laid out

Why do you stand out among other candidates:

I believe I stand out amongst other candidates, as I have previously been an EP on the server, resigning at the beginning March 2020, throughout my time as Event Planner, I gained extensive knowledge of all the ULX commands, meaning I already have a firm understanding of how the ULX system works when it comes to be a staff member. I also believe myself to be friendly and helpful to other people on the server. I also believe I stand-out due to my role as Battalion, which as a role itself requires a level of maturity and dedication to the server.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):

I believe I should be picked for staff, as I have a pretty decent playtime on the server, although I am far from having the biggest playtime on the server, I still believe that my playtime is suitable enough to be worthy of staff, this is because throughout my 5 weeks on the server I have gotten to know the rules well and how the server runs to a full extent, I have also gotten to know a lot of people on the server and developed some real friendships and I would look to continue this as a member of staff. Of course being friendly with people on the server brings up the problem of bias, but I would totally avoid this, as even if they were my friends and they break the rules, I would still punish them as any normal player. 

I also believe that I should be picked for staff, as I already have past experience with ULX on the server through my time as Event Planner, although not taking claims was my main duty, I would still do this at certain times, such as early in the morning or late at night. This allowed me to develop a firm of understanding of how to be a good staff member and what is required to be one. 

As previously mentioned, I can be on late night and early morning, allowing me to deal with any form of late rule breakers if required. I also believe I should be a staff member, as I believe I am very mature, I am currently in Battalion, which as a position in itself requires maturity. Finally, I believe myself to be friendly to people, helping new players get used to the server, especially from my role as CT Supervisor, where a lot of my work in trainings would involve teaching new players the basics in trainings,

Yes, I fully understand.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:

If I was playing as SOD, I would not do anything, saluting is IC, whilst my rule as SOD is OOC, so a trooper does not have to salute me.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:

I would apologise for not completing my staff duties to SMT, I would take any punishment they see suitable and would ensure that for the next week I do more than the minimum to make up for my previous weeks mistake.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

As with anything in life, there will be people who you do not like, so I would ensure that I remain professional and if our paths ever do cross, I would ensure that I remain friendly and professional with the person as to avoid any unnessecary conflicts.

Bobby is a very nice guy and would be very well suited for staff as he likes to help people and always has a good attitude. He has previous experience in EP which gives him good knowledge of ULX and some staffing experience. He has been high ranking CG and is battalion now which gives him more than enough experience dealing with minges. So overall he is well suited for staff and would do a good job.
