Yes of course I have and I do.

 

Have you read the SCP-096 rules and understand them? Demonstrate your understanding with an example or two: 

- can't use IC chat or voice chat

- do not use pac3 or 3rd person to see outside the CC

-do not use your CL5 keycard or bypasser SWEP for anything apart from their intended purpose, which is to pursue people who have seen your face

- must kill whoever looked at their face, even if I was not RPing with them. The only exception would be if someone looked at my face purposefully, in which case I would call staff for failRP.

- only kill the persons who looked at my face, and those in my way (example: bodyblocking door).

- must not kill other SCP, must not chase immortal targets for more than 1 min

- must be careful to avoid incidents such as accidentally killing the wrong person in a crowded area

- must sit down and crouch after killing the person(s) and await containment.

Are you able to play the job often and RP correctly?:

Yes, the rules are fairly simple so I will be able to fulfill the task.

What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? Explain with as much detail as you can:

The area must be isolated; everyone apart from designated containment personnel (E-11) are to leave the area to avoid further incident.

After securing the area, E-11 will walk backwards towards 096 and cover its head with an obstacle, to prevent anyone from seeing its face. They will use proper restraints (containment cuffs or elastic cuffs) to drag 096 towards the containment chamber.

During transit, the E-11 should prohibit anyone from going near 096 apart from necessary personnel. On surface, individuals who try to go near it and take the cover off of 096's head (such as CI) may be killed on the spot.

After reaching the CC, they will remove the cuffs and walk away with backs turned at the CC until the door is completely shut.

While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?:

The class-D is at this point designated SCP-096-1, as he has seen my face. I will begin chasing the class-D, who has seen my face. I may use my bypasser SWEP or the CL5 keycard to make my way to the target.

If anyone looks at my face during the chase, I will kill them after killing the class-D. I may also kill people who actively block my way (e.g. bodyblocking doors).

After killing the last target, I will sit down on the spot where they died and wait for either recontainment to arrive or for more people to see my face.

While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.):

Realistically, it does not make any difference whether it was accidental. They have seen my face, and that is all that matters. They are 096-2, -3, and so on. This means they must be killed.

I will come back after killing the original target and kill everyone who have viewed my face, in the same order, as that is the most realistic scenario.

After killing all targets, I must sit down on the spot where the last guy died and face the direction I was facing while killing him. After that, I wait for recontainment or additional targets.

So back to the original question: yes, I think it is a good RP scenario, because it is the thing you must do as 096: kill those who view your face.

A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?:

They have seen my face, they are SCP-096-1, I must kill them. No exceptions. If I were to ignore my duty to kill him, I could be warned for fail-rp.
