Why did you get banned? / Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I believe my ban was fair, but I don't think I deserved a perma-ban. I didn't have enough time to explain to the admin my motivation. I was killing this fellow Class-D, because he kept chasing me and shouting Russian slurs. I now understand that this was not a valid RP reason for me to RDM, but I hope I can join back in to the server now that I have fully explained what was going on.

I mean Class D are criminals on death row so why shouldn't they kill others if they annoy them. 

However it's still RDM. So don't do it again I guess?

So overall he should be given a second chance.

There is no data on your ban, so I can't see who banned you. And the reason for the ban that you have stated would never be a permaban- It would be a 1-2 day ban at max. So either you are not mentioning something or you are lying

I killed someone multiple times for calling me russian slurs. simple.
